Friendly atmosphere with a relaxing and rustic feel. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were lovely. First visit was a week ago with six other people who all enjoyed the night. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for chatting. The noise level is manageable. The food and beer are top-notch. Although the service can be a little disorganized, the staff is very friendly and quick to resolve any issues in a friendly manner. The design and layout of the restaurant are unique and inviting. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Cheers!

We arrived about 30mins early and were told that our table wasn't ready but we could have a seat at bar area and we'd be told when a table was available. We sat there for roughly 20 minutes and heard nothing from the staff, I asked one in passing if we could order there and she said that a table was becoming available and took us over. After being seated at the table we were left waiting on a server coming over, no one even came by to take a drinks order. Staff were serving other people that came in after us and just generally seemed disinterested in us. After looking forward to a nice dinner at this restaurant and checking the menu online, we were disappointed to find limited vegetarian options. Despite seeing at least 2 main courses we could have, we were informed upon seating that there were no vegetarian options left, so we had to settle for chips. We also ordered a side of ‘beer vegetables’ for £3 each, only to receive tiny bowls of slightly vinegary raw vegetables. With 2 out of 5 of us being vegetarian and another following a vegan diet due to allergies, it was surprising that the restaurant couldn't accommodate our dietary needs.
