Excellent food and friendly staff. Our room was not a nice as we had hoped. We had one problem which we were given a partial refund. Parking is restricted but we would return as the overall experience was pleasant.

Truly a 5 star hotel as the staff go the extra mile, the food is fantastic and the the rooms are just top notch. Nothing to fault in the rooms although parking is not the best. Would without hesitation stop there again.

Lovely hotel in this chain, right on the front and at the end of the high street. Being refurbished in Feb/March 2023 so will look even better. Very comfortable beds and lovely showers with L'Occitane toiletries. Recommended. Speisekarte ansehen

Stayed in the casa de la ermita . Just wow. Huge room so immaculate and such a beautiful hotel . Every single member of staff were amazing. Was surprised by my partner for my 35 birthday. Would stay here again . Cannot fault it

The hotel staff are warm, friendly and helpful. A lovely menu. Food is beautifully cooked. I had a fabulous Californian red wine. The Eggs Benedict are probably the best I've had in a long while. My bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot in seconds. Everything was very pleasant and I'd happily go to a Hotel du Vin again.

We only stopped by for lunch and didn't stay overnight. The food was amazing, we particularly enjoyed the market area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the location, as the parking lot was crowded and the cost was high, making it a hassle to park. It's frustrating how everything in this country seems to be made unnecessarily complicated for its citizens. Despite this, we had a great time dining with friends and family. Speisekarte ansehen

I don't often write reviews, but I must say, it's very difficult to find fault with this restaurant! The breakfast was fantastic (real fresh orange juice is always a good sign), the function areas are unique and quirky, the bedroom was smart, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with nice soaps and shampoos, plus a refreshingly powerful shower. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and we will definitely be visiting again.

My partner and I dined at the restaurant earlier this month to celebrate a special birthday. The restaurant was very quiet, and unfortunately, our starters were lacking in flavor. We ordered the chateaubriand with fries, specifying that we did not want it to be pink like the last time. The waitress was understanding and noted our request on the order. However, when the dish arrived, it appeared barely cooked. We sent it back, and when it came back out, it was slightly better but the fries were cold. Would love to leave five stars, but a very aloof and offputting reception prevents that. I will start with the positives; our suite was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. It was the perfect combination of elegance and relaxed comfort, with every detail attended to. It was extremely spacious, and well furnished. The French doors were tinted for privacy just to the right height. The freestanding tub in the living space was delightful, and actually usable. The oversize shower was wonderful, with strong water pressure and instant hot water. The restaurant and bar downstairs are warm and inviting, although we did not have a chance to dine there.
