Coffee Donuts Costa

I love costa coffee for a very nice latte and choc cake even better whens its free due to me having 7.50 in points,nice clean place and friendly staff aswell.

Visited early morning for hot drinks toasties. Service was very good. Hot drinks toasties were very good. For a Friday cafe was building up but not too busy. So not waited too long. Excellent visit.

I visited around 11 o'clock. I was able to find a couple of seats right away. The service was quick and efficient. The drinks were hot and the toastie was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. Speisekarte ansehen

Went with partner who has disabilities and uses adapted cups. This was mistakingly left when we had to leave. The response from costa was “we accidentally threw it in the bin” Not even an apology or any suggestion how what they will do to solve the problem

Early shopping visit required a hot drink on a very cold day. Called into the Frenchgate Centre Costa for a warm up. Not too busy but filling up fast. Service was great from Ava behind the counter. Drinks were hot and Bakewell tarts were lovely. No problems encountered.

I stopped by on Friday for a quick hot drink and snack before the busy period. The hot drinks were refreshing and the Bakewell tarts were fresh and delicious. The service was a bit chaotic, as there were enough staff but not enough space for them to work efficiently. Despite this, the staff were friendly although a bit stressed. The service was very unprofessional and rude. During difficult times, we all understand that we have to wait for the service and the allocation of a table, but it is very unfair that as a result of fear or the will to favor certain nations, the Arab couple was let in front of us, even though the staff knew well and spoke to us first. Not nice ! I wanted to leave right now, but unfortunately we were in a hurry. I will definitely not come back again.

This evening after a long day my sister I nipped into town to start the dreaded Christmas shopping. Our feet were about to fall off, so we decided ego head to costa on the way back to the car. We were greeted by the most beautiful soul named Brendan Peace. His enthusiasm, patience and ability to deal with working under pressure was outstanding. Every time we visit Costa there is always a wait as with most companies an Covid-19 impact many work on a skeleton workforce. So here’s to you Brendan I hope you know how appreciated you really are! I came in whilst shopping to get a hot sandwich and some cake. The staff were in a world of their own, it almost seemed like they were trying to perform some sort of cringy floor show you might see at a kids birthday party. Banging stupid and unnecessary rythms on the machines and then looking round for a reaction. Not being entirely sure what they're doing, or at least putting that across with their toddler like attitudes to work. Speaking to me (a customer they've never seen before) as though you're my best friend, some people don't appreciate such a rude lack of manners and social grace.
