"Un restaurante bastante bueno en el que hay que reservar con antelación porque los fines de semana está completamente lleno. El local es un patio cubierto agradable y cómodo. El servicio es muy correcto y profesional. Tienen una carta más clásica y además platos más innovadores. Las croquetas ricas. La ensalada bien sin más. Los segundos están a más altura. Buenísimos el cordero deshuesado y el sam de costilla. Además raciones abundantes. Las mollejas correctas y un tanto escasas. El bacalao ni fú ni fá. Lo que para mí desmereció un pocoel nivel de la cocina fueron los postres. Bien la tarta de queso pero muy ácida la de manzana y la cuajada completamente insípida. De precio en tono a 50 € por cabeza. En la carta se ven muchas propuestas interesantes que merecen otra visita. Y los asados tenían una pinta magnífica."

"We are friends of the Parador because in general the paradors are the best hotels. And Chinchón's unemployed is one of the best I've ever seen. The building was originally a convent that was converted into a hotel. The building takes you to the past history of this area. There are many super interesting nooks and different levels of gardens with flowers, herbs, fruit trees, and an outdoor pool. Parties and events can be held in the rooms of the parador, and the guest rooms are special with their own character. The service at the hostel was also pleasant and cordial. One thing I recommend is taking a tour of the hotel facilities, which can be booked before arriving or during your stay. If you like inns or history, the Chinchón inn is a must. Nearby activities: The hotel is located in the center of Chinchón and is close to everything that tourists are interested in. The recommended things are the Plaza Mayor with its terraces to have a drink, the church and the view of the town, the clock tower, and a walk in the center that does not take more than a few minutes. "Today we ate at El Casinillo. A small but cozy restaurant. Great service, very nice and professional waitresses. Food. Short letter and some off-letter recommendations. The habitats with very rich eggs. The sweetbreads with vegetables in texture are soft in flavor and well cooked. Of seconds, rib at low temperature well done and rich. Good portion of suckling pig, well cooked, perhaps it needed a bit more crust and some original ravioli, with thin dough and a very rich foie gras background. Dessert cheesecake with pistachios delicious very original. And a few glasses of wine, by the glass, of quality and local product. To repeat!!!!"

"The quality and elaboration of the dishes are tremendously sad for the prices they have. The partridge salad consists of four lettuce leaves, two cherries, and canned pickled partridges on top that they don't even deign to debone. The beans with ham, directly from the boat to the plate, without even going through the pan, with three cooked prawns and three slices of ham, the bad kind, on top. The octopus portion was not great, considering its lack of mystery, and the cod carpaccio, three slices of smoked cod on grated tomato, nothing more. Everything arrives at the table warm and in a somewhat strange order, first the octopus and last the salad. I don't know where the Michelin star would stay. You leave feeling like you've been ripped off. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!"

"We were attracted by the criticisms and the truth is that it is very well located, they have restored it very nice and the sympathy of charo is to thank but... it should not have made us the reservation and explained it. I called and charo told me that he was missing from the letter since the suppliers had not served him and if I booked a table on the balcony as we wanted and, I accepted. My surprise was that when we arrived, the place was empty and we turned it down to that it was between week and there was not much demand. By offering us the letter he began to tell us what he did not have and the truth, he could have started with what he had and had finished before. We thought of leaving because there was almost nothing (no ham in any bar; the tomato that was left didn't give for two people) but as I accepted what I had said, we stayed. We chose the boneless chochinillo with an apple puré (or compota) and it did come, but the meat was unboneed and without the puré. He told us he hadn't given them time and the other was a forgetfulness and then Mari carmen. The truth is that that leg of the pig was reheated (I don't know if the day before or before) , it was dry, insipid , but when he brought the bill to us he covered it as it was in the letter. In those conditions you should not offer the food service as much as the bar to drink some beers and some potatoes, of course! if you have potatoes. we will not return."
