Parador in a super quiet convent if you don't catch events like we did. The staff was very friendly (Nieves explained a little about the history and the renovation of the parador) and highlighted the service of the restaurant. The guys and professionals are very attentive. It's wonderful to be treated like this. About the restaurant I also say that the dishes were exquisite. Both the ham croquettes we ordered (creamy and very good) and the lamb shoulder were amazing. The classic rooms are typical in a place of this substance.
