"I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. I noted in my reservation that we needed a high chair, but we were initially seated at a high table, leaving my daughter sitting below us, not at the table. After about 10 minutes, we were moved to a more appropriate table. My 5-year-old son has coeliac disease and follows a strict gluten-free diet, which was one of the reasons we chose Ed's. However, when we asked for the gluten-free menu, we were informed that the gluten-free fryers were off, so he couldn't have chips. This was disappointing because he had to settle for beans instead. It was clear that the restaurant was understaffed for a Saturday afternoon. On a positive note, the woman who greeted us was very nice and seemed to be doing her best."

We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a hot drink. It was a cold day and we needed a hot drink the lovely waitress said she would make us one. Really think you should serve notdrinks

Despite booking a table, on arrival we were told that we would have at least a 50-minute wait for food. With two hungry children with us, and a show to attend later that afternoon, we could not afford to wait this long. Ed's have yet to respond to our feedback. Very disappointed. Speisekarte ansehen

I had a foot-long chili dog, refillable soft drinks, and a children's meal for just $2.99! I was really surprised by the prices. Kids under 12 can choose from a main menu, and drink upgrades are available. The tables were clean, the service was quick, and the food was great for the price.

I visited the restaurant on a night when there was a concert at the arena, so it was quite crowded. However, the staff managed everything very well. The table service was impressive, and the wait for food was surprisingly short given how busy they were. Overall, I had an excellent experience!

great eating and great atmosphere, the new manager emily has turned the place around. I noticed that both the restaurant and the toilets were very clean and once the people had left the tables were cleaned again. the service is great and all staff are pleasant and friendly. can not recommend very enough and in any case back soon. I quickly stopped by to grab some shakes, and I was not disappointed. I ordered two Oreo shakes and a painted earthberry shake, and oh my God, they were delicious! I recommend adding extra toppings to each shake, as it really enhances the flavor. The food that others were ordering looked amazing, but we didn't get any this time. I will definitely be returning to try the food!

After craving a milkshake for quite a while, we decided to visit Ed's Diner. The menu offered a good variety. The burger was fantastic, but the portion sizes were quite large for us, and we unfortunately had to leave a lot behind. We weren't fans of the mac and cheese or coleslaw, but they didn’t ruin our experience. The milkshake, however, was the highlight! I believe our server was named Liam; he was incredibly friendly and attentive.
