"I went to get a cup of coffee and the woman behind the bar didn't even bother to answer any of my questions with a moody face even though the place was completely empty , she just gave me the coffee and pointed out the board they have with the food and prices they have without saying a word , how rude that was ! I'm not going back there , isn't it ironic the name of the place is Empatia ? Don't get confused , I didn't speak English , l spoke in Spanish to her ! She is not customer service orientated !"

came here after a fast healthy lunch in a comfortable place and was not disappointed. the owner is really friendly and helpful. we had mousaka, meatballs and sponge cake for dessert. everything was absolutely delicious!

I thought it was quite good. Had a starter with potatoes, tasty but had a few cold spots. The falafel burger was outstanding. Really small place, but there weren't too many people so it was no problem, but if crowded it would be very tight.

Great neighborhood restaurant. The service can be slow at times, and the food, although not gourmet. Is is very tasty. The meatballs are great as is the falafel burger. The patatas revolconas are also very good and they also have a beyond burger.

excellent vegan restaurant! there is a lot of options and everything we took was very tasty (meat balls, moussaka, spaghetti zucchini). the place is very cozy and well furnished and that makes the stay a very pleasant moment with a friendly staff. the price is extremely reasonable. we recommend this place very!

small, beautiful atmosphere. both ordered the menú del día: zucchini suppe and paella, with vegan French toast. excellent value for money. Wash completely full, so between us we ordered the vegan sweet and acidic meat with creamy mash. delicious! relaxed mood, friendly hospitable staff, very fast service. Five stars!

Very tasty food, but not gourmet. A huge plus for the fact that you can eat a vegan paella, which is impossible in Madrid. I ate paella and meatballs which were very good. The desserts are delicious, I tried carrot cake and cheesecake with tofu and raspberries. Tasty coffee and cool beers. The service is nice, though it seems sad. 4/5 :
