"Been ordering take away from this place for years. The last take away we bought from here wasn’t up to the usual standard, but we assumed it was a glitch. Unfortunately it wasn’t and tonight’s take away was probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure but it did cross my mind that the this take away had been taken over by others. Who knows, but I can’t support a take away with the poor quality of tonight’s meal (king prawn curry, rice, chips and prawn cracker). 1hr 40 minutes for a meal with reheated chips, nearly cold curry and rice and stale tasting prawn crackers. What a fall in standards from previous years offerings. Tonight’s meal has definitely helped us decide not to order from this place again. A shame when things go to pot, but they either need to give up or sort out their food quality, disappointed customer."

The food at this restaurant is often delayed, but it typically tastes decent. However, I was disappointed to see that they add both a delivery fee and a service charge to the bill. This seems like a greedy move to me. I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 2 out of 5.

Not sure whether they've changed their chef or not but our food tonight was horrible had to be thrown away! We had exactly the same as what we would normally have but tonight there was a totally different taste to it it was disgusting. Won't be going back there anytime soon!! I love eating at this restaurant - it's one of my favorites for getting Chinese food. They have a wide variety of options on the menu, and the food is always ready quickly. The longest I've had to wait to pick up my order is 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place. As for parking, there are about 4 spots outside the shop, but there are plenty of other places to park nearby. This is a great spot for a takeout dinner. Speisekarte ansehen

Best Chinese in Swindon. Order from this place regularly for me and my grandparents. I love their special fried rice and the chips in szechwan sauce. Furthermore, its one of the only places in Swindon that actually accept card. So many Chinese takeaways don't accept card in Swindon. Most bad reviews seem to be people who also ordered here for years and had gripes recently. I did notice a rough patch too, but it is better now. Service: Take out

We have been going to Emperor’s Kitchen for years and it’s always been brilliant, however the food we had today was not only the worst Emperor’s Kitchen I’ve ever had, but probably the worst Chinese take away I’ve ever had. The chilli beef was like chewing leather, the chicken dry and tasteless, and the noodles had very little noodles and more bean sprouts than anything else. Unfortunately we’ve been coming here for a long time, but I doubt we will return back. Not sure what’s changed but certainly not for the better!
