Serveurs pas très accueillants cependant les produits proposés sont très bons et la vue est magnifique sur la mer, l'île de Ré.

Called in for early 'tea' fabulous service friendly staff who spoke English.. .they realised our French was terrible!! Food was delicious!!

This is a lovely sea-facing premium restaurant. As a foodie i'd highly recommend it! It's not stuffy or pretentious, just lovely and friendly. A+ Speisekarte ansehen

We walked round and round to find a restaurant that was open and we eventually came across equinoxe. We saved the best till last. Fantastic meal, reasonable price and wonderful staff who were very knowledgeable about the wine and the food and very helpful. Would...definitely go again and again

We do not visit La Tranche very often, but knew about this restaurant and wanted to try for lunch. We're so glad we made it! We were greeted and sitting in a very friendly way and our table was facing the sea. Everything... the staff was cleverly dressed and efficient and the food was excellent. They are specialized in local seafood we love. We'll eat here again!

Dropped in at 6.30 after a day on the beach,we were told there was no service till 7 but we could have a table and drinks while we waited. It was definitely worth the wait and we enjoyed people watching whilst waiting. The 3 course menu for 30 euros was lovely with 6 starters and 8 main to choose from. Popular seafood restaurant by the beach but seriously the wait for the food was too much about 20-30 minutes between courses including for the dessert and for the wine. Food was ok. Service indifferent. Would give it a miss next time but if you are...in the market for seafood there is not a lot of choice elsewhere which probably explains the level of service. Didn’t feel very special at all.

We were a party of 12 arriving at different times over a 30 minute period all fashionably late for a celebration lunch.The staff handled us brilliantly and our various attempts to order in French before replying in perfect English in the time honoured fashion!We enjoyed an excellent meal with a combination of a la carte and table d'hote choices and probably too much good wine.This restaurant is a substantial cut above most other restaurants in La Tranch. Pricey but excellent.Lots of fish and shell fish choices all beautifully presented and meat / vegetarian for those less adventurous.Right on the sea front with lovely views.Would go again.

Très jolie restaurant avec vue sur la mer pour les chanceuxIl y a beaucoup de monde et beaucoup de personnels donc ça bouge tout le temps ça peut être stressant.Pour la restauration c'était bon mais pas exceptionnel. Mon mari a pris une sole et a hésité quand on lui a demandé si il voulait la préparer lui même ou que ce soit fait en cuisine et il a regretté de pas l'avoir fait. 4 minuscules filet de poissons dans son assiette avec un peu de légumes, j'avais faim pour lui et je trouve ça assez hallucinant d'oser proposer cette assiette avec rien à manger dedans surtout au prix d'une sole....Personnellement j'ai choisi les gambas.
