Esquires Coffee - Speisekarte

Called in for a coffee to split a journey. Very nice Latte, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

I have been visiting the Guildford Esquires for a couple of months. Customer service is 100% and there are sweet and savoury nibbles should the fancy take you.

Nice coffee, pleasant service and a small selection of sandwiches and snacks. It is pleasant enough, but there is little to distinguish it from a national chain. Speisekarte ansehen

Lovely staff and lovely coffee, greeted as soon as we arrived with a smile. Great food and cool music in the background. Thank you again (this is our no1 spot for coffee in Guildford)

What can I say.. the coffee is not bad, but the staff...Really guys? We are paying customers and need a bit more respect. I’m so sad for this place because I love a good artisan coffee, but I won’t return due to rudeness and hostility in the atmosphere.

Costa or Pret could wipe the floor with this place when it comes to staff. Coffee is good cakes are not they taste shop bought. No music and no atmosphere. The waitress looks down her nose at customers as if we were an inconvenience. Pity it has a nice design but it’s people that make the difference. Speisekarte ansehen

I have visited this coffee shop on and off since it opened. I like the coffee and the maple pecan slice! However I cannot accept the rude service from the young lady on the till. She spends time on her phone, tells customers the closing time rather aggressively towards the end of the day and is generally rude. Not just to me but to most customers. I also disliked some of her hygiene practices. The man seems pleasant but she needs to go.

I want to thank Chase and Oliver for an amazing experience Chase Pitten in particular was an amazing host, barista, and chef and for breakfast he made me an amazingly healthy yet deliciously fulfilling meal! In fact all the staff including Oliver made me feel welcome and comfortable I initially came to the coffee shop thinking it would just be another generic coffee shop! but i soon found out how wrong i was! Great experience, great team, great atmosphere I will definatly be recommending this spot to all my friends!! Regards,

I go here two to three times per week for the past 6 months. The food is always good but the service ranges from okay at best to dreadful. A few observations, the staff never smile, they work in slow motion , the Franchisee looks out of the window whilst the staff struggle. Oh and if you order a sandwich you may get salad or crisps or both? Always interesting to see what they decide to give you and just because the person before you gets salad is no indication of whether you will get it .
