All vegan, excellent service and yummy food. Outside the historic center not off the beaten track and close to the bus line.

Very surprising and friendly restaurant with great vegan food. We went for a surprise of the chef and went through a real treat. Can recommend;

Wonderful vegan food prepared with care and knowledge, using organic products. The dishes were delicious and beautiful. You eat and feel that the food is done by people that know what they are doing and they do it with love. Decaf coffee that tastes like real good coffee. Friendly service, great place! Great place for all vegetarians and vegans since the menu is fully vegan, therefore you can choose everything on the menu which was a nice change from all the others restaurants in Palermo. The Ceasar salad that I had was amazing. I highly recommend this place especially if you need a break from all that pizza :

The food was very good, healthy and very tasteful. We loved everything on the menu, it was difficult to choose. The service was outstanding, the staff was extremely friendly. They explained the menu very well in English and they were very sweet. Specially if you’re tired of pasta en pizza this is the place to go to.

She wasn’t even eating I understand that smoking is allowed in restaurants in Sicily. What a good surprise! We were looking for a pizzeria, at late 10h PM, we had a look on this restaurant, looks like tiny and kindy with woody design and pretty warm atmosphere. I choose classical pasta with pesto. simply by name not by the plate. And dessert with ice-creamed strawberry and chocolate was famous. They got good organics local beers wines and juices. We went to this restaurant after visiting Palazzo Zisa (also recommended), and entered just by chance. The restaurant is vegan (and we are not), but do not let that hold you back. The food is excellent, and atmosphere is great, and most of the clientele are local and friends of the owners. That all combines to create a very warm and welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We participated in the new year's toast with prosecco (free, on the 4th of January), kids are running around freely, and were very curious about us. We left with a big, happy smile on our face!

We were hoping to find some vegan-friendly options for our evening meal while in Palermo and we were fortunate to find Ethnic. A cosy, comfortable restaurant it serves a full menu of vegan food. What a relief! Searching for food that doesn’t contain meat or cheese in Palermo is a real challenge. Two of our party wolfed down the vegan moussaka which was described as delicious and comforting and I had a vegan kebab made of seitan strips and served with a very good chapati. Service was great and extremely accommodating (none of us speak Italian and the cost was very cheap for such an enjoyable meal!
