"We live around the corner and wanted to try somewhere new to eat instead of the usual pub breakfasts! We were not disappointed! We were greeted by a friendly young lady who promptly took our order and made our lattes. The food arrived in good time and although you can go places and have alot more food on the plate the amount served here left you full but not stuffed and feeling sluggish which was nice! Was nice to see unusual bread used as toast and not just cheap white sliced bread other places would use! I felt this little place had a nice community vibe to it and a few of the older patrons enjoyed a good chat with the chef and the server which is lovely to see! The price for the food was actually very reasonable for the quaility we recieved and wouldn't think twice about returning"

"Absolutely beautiful place! This little hidden gem is definitely worth a stop at. The place was rather busy when we arrived over lunchtime yesterday which, in my eyes, speaks volumes! We managed to get a table in the window and had our orders taken relatively quickly given how busy it was. Food and drinks were lovely. I had an open sandwich and my friend had the sweet potato salad. We were both very happy with our choices and polished off a slice of raspberry cake afterwards. Lots of choice in the cake cabinet too made it tricky to choose but the generous slice was scrumptious! Staff were fab and very attentive and the place itself is so quaint and beautiful everything has been thought out and carefully placed. We are already considering our next trip there! Thank you all Vegetarian options: You won't struggle! Parking: There are a few spaces out the front of the station for cafe users only, allowing 2hrs but there aren't many. I parked OK on the street and walked in. Wheelchair accessibility: It is quite tight in places but I'm sure the staff would do all they can to accommodate you. "the first time here beautiful little pub. the best of both worlds. the exterior aesthetic is the look of a beautiful country pubs, while the interior is a stylish modern restaurant. great service and a beautiful atmosphere. we both had the bark Sunday, which was beautiful. we both had different desserts. I had the sticky toffee pudding, my man had the dark brownie, the both where divine. would definitely recommend everyone and would come back if in the opposite."

"Always enjoy our visits to blondes since our first one many years ago. They are a fully cruelty free establishment and passionate about animal rights. True kindred spirits! They don’t just say they love animals… they really do! The food is fab, the cakes are divine and the range of products available to take home is huge considering the size of the cafe. They do take outs too and will cater for events. The honey blonde coffee is one of my firm favourite hot drinks ever. Can’t wait for our next visit! We’re going to pick up our Boxing Day hamper we pre ordered. You don’t have to be vegan to eat here (many of their customers aren’t) but if you are you will love it. Be prepared to wait for a table at busy times of buy food to go. They will do their very best to fit you in. Open Wednesday to Sunday 10-3 but check their Facebook page to be sure."

"We visited again on Saturday. Beautiful warm welcome from all staff, they really go out their way to you feel special. The food was great as usual. We just returned from the holiday in Italy and we did not taste better food there! Prices are very reasonable. The waiter recommended a wine that was excellent. We had some of the new 'Jubilee' cocktails to catch the evening. All in all a great place for romantic couples and families. Make sure you book in busy times, although they are usually full. We cannot recommend this place enough. Disadvantages? Back!"
