"ma la quercia è sempre un ristorante di alto livello. Infatti, direi che con il tempo à ̈ anche migliorato. Siamo stati qui diversi anni fa, un'esperienza molto positiva. ma oltre a ribadire l'eccellenza assoluta del luogo, vorrei sottolineare che siamo stati ancora meglio. prima di tutto il posto: bello. la sala interna molto elegante e curata per su diversi livelli in discesa che dà una bella profondità alla camera. l'attrezzatura perfetta ed elegante. tovaglie, tovaglioli per occhiali, posate. Cos'è una vera copertura. Non e' molto piccolo. servizio impeccabile e attento ma mai invadente. la cucina veramente bella e originale. un menu interessante con non molte proposte ma tutta espressione di originalità, creatività e varietà. deliziose noci di cocco. luce ma noodles d'oca. secondi praticamente perfetti. fritto molto leggero e colorato, quaglia: un vortice di sapori. carne e melanzane in cima. Zucca fiorentina che è una vera zucca. ampia scelta di vini dolci e dolci. Ho dimenticato: tutta la cucina senza glutine. rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimale. quando dicono di sapere come fare il loro lavoro."

"First time at Tramway...I met him through a friend who had already been there and had told me a little about the dishes and I must say that the experience was absolutely positive because their main dish is the sheep They really know how to cook it! We were a group of friends and in addition to the sheep-based dishes we also tasted other things and in general all the grilled meat is very very good, but let 's get to the Sheep: Penne with sheep ragù are exceptional, perhaps a little similar to a Bolognese ragù but much more distinctive in flavour, definitely worth trying! Also worth trying is the truly excellent grilled sheep steak! Finally, to make sure we didn 't miss anything, we also had the stewed sheep made into a stew and I must say it was very good too! The place was full and the waiting times are perhaps a little high, especially between the first and second courses: they should be improved! This is the only flaw, otherwise everything is ok! Bring plenty of shopping under 40 euros, in short, I think I will definitely return!"
