He tenido que llamar 2 veces al restaurante porque no variaba el estado del pedido. Ha tardado más de 1,5h en llegar, muy mal. Speisekarte ansehen

Pedido mal entregado. Patatas en la bolsa sin su envase, hamburguesa sin tomate habiendo pedido y con ingredientes intercambiados entre burgers. Eso sí, todo muy bueno.

Gostei. Comi cachorro e descobri que podia esperar com amendoins belíssimos acompanhados com um som (rock) que adorei (reconheço que não será para todos e que podem dizer que está alto). Não me importava de voltar.

As an American, I know this restaurant well and wanted to duck in and get a soda and a quick burger. It took ONE HOUR of waiting before my single bacon burger with ketchup only was given to me. You could tell the time of the start of the order from the receipt that you held waiting for your number to be called. A German graduate student was also waiting beside me and he had the same wait length. You don’t wait an hour in a sit down restaurant for your food. Something isn’t working at this location.

Shame the extortionate prices ruin the experience of this place. .. Seriously ... €20 if you buy a whole meal so every visit means missing out either the drink or the fries... That being said the food is pretty amazing except the cooks ALWAYS cook the bacon too much until it's literally nuked. Pity. The fries are REALLY good especially the spice. Vinegar ketchup mayo condiments and the free peanuts are a decent attempt at softening the blow of this place overall being way too expensive. We went to buy food 2 days in a row, first time visiting. First day August 6, it was burgers and fries, good and tasty, the young female employee, that day, was very serviceminded, helpful and smiling. Second day, August 7, 2 X BLT, they were ok, could have been juicer with more than one slice of tomato and better bread, though crispy enough.
