Flame Grill Dessert

Absolutely disgusting! Not even edible completely burnt can’t even bite into it , will never order from here again so disappointed.

Use to be a good take-away, unfortunately not anymore! Last three orders have arrived missing drinks, sides and half the mains. Thought I would leave for a couple of months, however same issues..won't order from again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Food was tasteless, we ordered chicken kebab the good was absolutely tasteless, balnd to the core. When I called up to complain, gentleman who answered the phone said sorry you feel that way like what?? Speisekarte ansehen

Our delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The crepe was cold and hard like a rock. We only ate the small amount of fruit that was on it, as well as the soft pieces. The rest was left uneaten. We will not be ordering from here again.

Very bad customer service went in and asked for two whole chickens and he said only one available then ordered another deal and he said no bottle drink available and he was not willing to do any deals considering he was about to close so we left and went another shop

The chicken sandwich I ordered was disappointing. Not only was the chicken portion small in comparison to the bun, but I also discovered that part of it was uncooked when I bit into it. This was not only unsafe, but also a waste of money. I recommend finding a better option. Speisekarte ansehen

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and I am a regular visitor because of the excellent quality of the food. The staff is friendly and the owner is great. The presentation of the dishes is exceptional, especially considering it's a fast food establishment. Thank you to the staff, and I will definitely be returning to order from here again.

I feel bad writing this review because the staff who served me were extremely polite and friendly. Avoid this place. Its under new management hence why its gone so downhill. I ordered a quarter chicken peri meal. The fries were fine. I asked for garlic sauce but was given mayo which tasted slightly off. Oh goodness me, what can I say about the peri chicken. It was bland, no colour to it and just about cooked. The peri sauce was just brushed on. I have never had such a terribly cooked peri chicken. So disappointed. Just the look of it put me off. I took it home and put it in the oven to brown it but didnt really work. It was tasteless. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Very disappointed! Ordered 7UP but recieved Pepsi, Chips were cold and soggy and the crispy chicken was definitely not crispy, it was pale, bland and looked totally unappealing although I noticed Just Eat describes them as Crispy Chicken whereas the restaurants menu describes them as Flame Chicken but in either case the skin was undercooked and not very appetizing. The waffle wasn't great either as I would have preferred it warm and whilst the topping tasted ok the waffle was just too spongy and it looked thrown together without any care. Nothing I recieved looked like the photos they use and the quality was very poor. Chicken and chips ended up in the bin complete waste of money. Speisekarte ansehen
