Flat Iron Covent Garden

I had never heard of this place until my dancing led me there. They have a large selection of steaks, and they even offer free ice for dessert! I loved it, although it varies depending on the day you visit.

This steak dinner offers unbeatable value for money! It's simply delicious. The venue has a cozy atmosphere, the service is excellent, and the food is outstanding! The cream spinach is particularly fantastic.

The wait here could be for literally hours! The meat is worth it though and a must-try for every steak lover out there. Portions are not too generous though and food takes a long time to arrive. But nevertheless still recommended. Speisekarte ansehen

I was not expecting such a nice restaurant with affordable prices right next to Convent Garden. The steak comes with a salad on the side. We were extremely well received and at the end they offered us an ice cream cone with chocolate on top. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Everything about the food was delicious.. Tasty steaks made just right served with tasty homemade peppercorn or mushroom sauce...yummy homemade chips ... delicious beautiful green salad. Yummy cocktail's Popcorn ice-cream to die for. What more could we ask for...everything was perfect. Beautiful clean restaurant and friendly staff.. can't wait to go back.

Pretty simple menu but done right. Would recommend for lunch, and I like this location as it's close to Covent Garden and lots of cool walkable places around. I kept it simple and went with the Flatiron steak and house salad, and added the peppercorn sauce, and the ginger beer. Had the weather been warmer today not raining, I would have gotten the sundae. I had a wonderful lunch here today while visiting London. The flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce was spot on, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The chips and salad were both excellent as well. I finished with their Old Fashioned, which was good, though a bit too sweet for my liking. The staff were excellent, and the service was quick; I felt well taken care of as a solo diner. I will definitely be back!

Delicious steak, cooked to perfection. Partner had never been and he loved it. The value, compared to other steak restaurants particularly for the location, is fantastic £13 for steak, £8 cocktails and around £5 for (very tasty) sides. The peppercorn sauce is also amazing, quite small so had to order 2 but so worth it for £1 each. Service was great and there’s a lovely buzz throughout the restaurant. You also get free ice cream at the end!

I'm not sure if this place still needs a review, but it was by far the best meal I've had in London! After two weeks of traveling here, I knew I had to try Flat Iron. I decided to visit the Covent Garden location and was pleasantly surprised with complimentary ice cream! I loved everything I ordered. The medium steak was perfectly seasoned, and the fries, salad, and cream spinach were all fantastic. I definitely want to come back in the future. The egg served with shaved chocolate was also absolutely delicious. Overall, I had a 5/5 experience, and the servers were wonderful as well! Speisekarte ansehen
