Le Folie's Café - Speisekarte

We drank wine there nights, Good service the first night but terrible the second (different staff) where they couldnt fix a milkshake after pm and charged to much for the wine (according to prices on the menu), poor English as well.

we were looking for the film sprinkled on a flowering day in paris and we are very grateful for this little caffe. it was good, very pleasant, but not busy and the service was ok. not enough ice cream I am my fruit milkshake, but no.

Family too hungry to look for another breakfast spot very late one morning, so stopped in here on a whim. Host was passably friendly, but food was average at best (decent croissants, juice not fresh squeezed, eggs runny) and overpriced. Would not come here again. Speisekarte ansehen

A very pleasent atmosphere! The place is working almost non stop, we got there pretty late. Ordered wine and a cheese plate. The waiter was super nice, the plate was very large and tasty. Prices are not low, but still in the normal Paris range....Enjoyed our time there very much.

this caffe is wonderful, people loving and funny. we eat good salads, garnel with sweet and a good hamburger. they can sit outside or inside and have a nice menu and a good place, close to everything. and the last, but the best is the dessert divine. a good, good dessert of the lemon.

This café is wonderful, you can sit outside or inside and they have a nice menu, a fantastic cheese plate trio, and their crème brulee is not frozen! Try the Café Gourmand, its delightful. before they are a native in the arrondissement and enjoy “happy hour” in the film’s cafe. with low-priced drinks, inviting staff and French seats to watch the world, this local bar offers the perfect hangout in the afternoon. we stayed at the hotel Maxim... Folies (just a few doors down from Folie’s cafe) so happy stopped by at several places during our stay in paris.

I ate here a few times while I was in Paris because it was across the street from my hotel. Every time I was a customer I hoped the service would be better but, it wasn’t. If anything it got worse the more times I...visited. Unless you were a native to the city they were less than welcoming. The food was mediocre at best and nothing to write home about. All in all, not an experience I’ll have again. Ps. I watched the staff try a drink after it was sent back. Pour it in to another cup and then serve it to a client. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been in Paris for days and have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable by any Parisien as I did in this restaurant. I had to leave before even ordering. The women working tonight ignored my request to sit in the back and...trued to seat me at the table directly in front of the door on a cold, rainy night with plenty of open tables in the restaurant. Then she gave me a french menu and refused to speak one word of English to me despite just welcoming me in English. I heard the servers laughing about only speaking French to me and that I didn't understand. If you are going to be located next to and across the street from hotels, please don't expect your patrons to know fluent french and... Speisekarte ansehen
