Beautiful discovery in the historic center of Ariccia. The dishes are special but really good, even the portions of the pasta are just, neither too abundant to bored nor gourmet. Even the bark with potatoes was very good, accompanied with the red wine of the sweet house. Precisely that it is possible to have all gluten free courses (but better to report it first, for safety): in photo gluten-free pasta with porcini, Parmesan and cheek. I didn't just like it. In a country like Ariccia where pork and typical Roman dishes should be the basis, they were totally disappointing. Porcatta looked like an almost industrial product, the amatriciana idem, looked like a tomato paste. We dined in the cave, that as much as it can be “singular” to me did not like, dirty and obviously very humid.
