very enjoyed visiting here as friendly owners and customers! that will be our rules as we are often in shenstone. look forward to the next visit and bring family to lunch.

on New Year's Day in the fuchs spiced for a fast drink and football to watch. personal extremely friendly, great atmosphere with beautiful touch of bar snacks/buffet to enjoy there customers. worth a visit.

a great stop just 5 minutes from the m6 to take a snack and a drink. friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. I didn't eat that so I can't get to eat, but it looks decent. much better than stop at a terrible service station. Speisekarte ansehen

We went after a weekend away wending our way home , although the reviews were mixed we knew the pub from a while back so decided to go, good steak and ale pies and a delicious beef Bourguignon , sadly the macaroni cheese was late...to the table after a kitchen mix up , but the lovely staff apologised, and certainly went over and beyond to compensate , will certainly re visit when ever we are in the area .

Sort Been meaning to do this a while a go, Oh god wish I knew before I booked place looks lovely but can't judge a book by its cover, I strongly believe management needs improving women blonde just needs replacing just why bother if you...look so unhappy, food cold as hell but can't complain cause it would take longer so I dealt with it had a look to see what the place was and not eating their again I might die just trying to give some advise before u run pub to ground Speisekarte ansehen

As I walked in the Fox with my family I asked for an ale , after a couple of sips I went back to the bar and asked for a fresh one . They rudely replied that it was a fresh barrel on today ,...I didn’t get a new one as a replacement. As I walked of disgusted as how they spoke to me i heard the 2 women that were working gossip about how there was nothing wrong with there beer. The one women looked older with blonde short hair very rude . I can now see why they are a 1 star rating .

we visited this pub in March 2019 and had a nice meal approx. 3 weeks before it fell food hygiene evaluation from a 5 to 1 and we had a nice meal. we decided to go back yesterday to see if the pees were so good and we were surprised to be the only people there who eat. we had a Sharing-Platter-Starter that was ok, some parts love others not like that, but the pub proud of its dead. we had both chickens, ham and rag cake and it was nice, hot and fresh. my hubby had chips and I had maic, both hot and very tasty. it's a pity that the food hygiene rating diners is driving away and I hope they sort their problems. I will not eat anywhere in the rule a food hygiene assessment lower than a 4 but I...

Disgusted with the service received. The 1/5 extremely poor hygiene review is accurate. New management please? The lamb shank was phallic shaped (comical like the customer service) and was definitely from a boil in the bag!! The starter was clearly forgotten about while being deep...fried in last weeks oil, no wonder we were ill. Do not venture into this establishment (if you can call it that) unless you want to lose a few pounds by firing from both ends. The management should change vocation before it’s too late, their attitude towards customers is appalling and watching them talk to the locals with little respect, and that’s just the management.
