"This restaurant was open and available for seating on a Monday night when most of the restaurants in the city centre were full. So I appreciate Franco Manca for that. Service was good and attentive, and food arrived quickly. The pizza was good but honestly, felt like both could have used more cheese and sauce- at times, it felt like I was just eating burnt crust. Anyway, it got the job done and we were full but the food probably could have been prepared a little more effortfully, as far as distribution of flavor. On another note, the organic lemonade is delicious. Yum!"

Good pizza and an amazingly priced kids menu. Really enjoyed the food here. They don't do the normal everyday soft drinks and do some more artisan drinks. I recommend the food here.

Excellent pizzas and service. We can strongly recommend their sourdough No 7 salami with caramelised onion pizza . Good vibe friendly atmosphere Excellent chefs table service. We came all the way Norwich for the pizza to see our son aswell it was worth the trip. Speisekarte ansehen

Very good pizza at Bath. The place is conveniently located close to the train station. Next time in Bath we'll drop by for sure. Really nice staff, they even helped us to retrieve the back pack that our kid had forgotten there. Thanks Dane and colleagues for being SO HELPFUL!

Really good vegetarian s. We tried the one with potato toppings and it was yummy. Unfortunately, couldn't take photos before finishing up. It's also right next to the train station, so if you are in a hurry, you could easily grab and go. Pizza for 2 adults and 2 kids coffee was around £30

Really good food today. Just walked in. On the off chance, and were seated and eating with about 20 minutes, which is great considering every pizza is made from scratch in front of you. Had a couple of really nice pizzas, potato on a pizza is a new one to me and it will be a favourite from now on. Service was excellent, helpful but not in your face. Really good no alcohol beer, as well. Highly recommended. Speisekarte ansehen

Pizza just a like a mamma used to make Seriously excellent pizza. We haven't had pizza this good since Naples! Our first time at Franco's but we will definitely visit more. The pizzas were a generous size and we'll priced. Just the right amount of toppings and served piping hot from their enormous oven. Service, cleanliness, and the restaurant were super and the tip was well deserved. We had the salami pizza and the chorizo pizzas, both were equally delicious.

Staff 10/10 – The manager noticed that my wife was removing the oil from the pizza for our son and kindly offered to make a fresh one without the drizzle of oil. This pizza place is reasonably priced and offers generous toppings. The pizza chefs are skilled, creating a perfectly cooked base and toppings. The restaurant is located in a unique setting under the arch of a bridge, giving it a feel of being in Italy. While visiting the historic city of Bath, be sure to stop by and enjoy a delicious pizza or one of their other delightful dishes.

"Visited on a busy Saturday evening. General impression is the restaurant is clean, well presented and evidently well liked for how many people were in the small dining area. A little noisy, particularly in the confined space beside the kitchen, when seated close beside a louder table. As the evening progressed, we felt quite cold not sure if the heating was on? Service from the staff was outstanding, very friendly, polite, attentive, but food was slow to arrive. We were a little perplexed by having the appetiser on the table before our starter/main order had been taken, so having to work around still having the menus. The smoked butter was very strong my partner liked it, it was too much for me. Both fish starters were good, with the mackerel our favourite. The main courses were OK. The lamb was fine, but served with lamb fat root veg meant the whole plate was very similar flavoured, and the green beans/salsa verde felt like an afterthought. The skate wing was nice, and the crispy capers were a new and pleasant experience. The desserts rescued the food for me the creme brulée was outstanding, and the chocolate special was very good, with exception of a slightly chewy meringue. I feel I'm being picky with my criticisms, but fig tree is definitely priced higher than other more standard fare restaurants in Plymouth where we have also had very good food."
