Frankie And Benny's Aberdeen, Union Square

During my solo travels, this restaurant was a fantastic choice for me between connecting trains. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the great deal of Frankie's Fiver! Abbey, our lovely server, made the experience even better.

Ordered coffee with hot milk , came with cold. Eggs Benedict were served cold , sent it back ,when it arrived back at my table I must have set the cook as it was burnt ,seemed like it was thrown in the deep fat fryer. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to them ,

I went to this restaurant for my birthday meal, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. First, they charged extra for drinks that we never received. Additionally, one of the staff members kept staring at us and watching our every move. I definitely won't be returning if this is the type of experience I can expect. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered the purple rain.... Beautifully made!!! While waited for my taxi . As that was missed as I enjoyed this cocktail so much I ordered the strawberry daiquiri.... Lush... Went in for breakfast. Pretty disappointing to be honest. It filled a hole and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was nice, but the muffin was cold and not toasted through, we had bacon that was flat out cold and the toast appeared to only have been toasted on one side?? Struggled to get somewhere for breakfast in Union Square, but won’t be using this again.

Had a wonderful experince here tonight for a family meal. I was a bit sceptical as my last visit was years ago and I didn't rate it, but was pleasently surprised. All the staff were lovely and engaged with our baby which kept him entertained! Food was good and plentiful, but the biggest stregnth was the hostess with the mostest Will! Friendly, funny and attentive , couldn't have asked for more. Will definately be back! Speisekarte ansehen

Was looking forward to a breakfast. Waited for a bit to be seated, a man eventually came and told us they are not taking any tables for another 15 minutes?! His manner irritated me, as if he needed to get rid of us as soon as possible as we were a nuisance, no apology. We were going to go back in 15 minutes but then thought why should we when we felt so unwelcome. So we went to brewdog and so glad we did as the food and service were great and so friendly.

Very disappointed with the breakfast.Firstly it came without the eggs.Told the waitress and she took the plate away then a waiter came back with the plate but still no eggs.I asked where they were to be told that I could eat what was there and he would bring the eggs later.Eh no they were supposed to be on the plate to start with.Again the plate was taken away and back it came with eggs this time but with all the back and forward the rest of the meal wasn't very hot.No apology or offer of a fresh meal.Will definitely not be returning.

New York BBQ Chicken. This plate of food arrived at our table in just over 5mins from ordering. Obviously their food is pre-cooked and kept warm under a bain marie or microwaved. The chicken was tasteless and dry, literally looked like it had travelled by boat straight from New York. The baked potato was equally dry, arrived spread wide open and actually had a brown tinge from being under heat. Bit into the sweetcorn which was just like mush, completely overcooked. I returned the whole plate and heard the chef say what do they expect from chicken? and laughed. I 've seen better culinary skills in McDonalds. Food was unfit for human consumption, I wouldn 't have given it to my dog. Abysmal fo... Speisekarte ansehen
