Generally love a visit to F&B's, however today was definitely sub par. Service was excellent but the food was definitely not. Breakfast pancakes were dry and the rest of the food was cold.

The mac and cheese was extremely bland and lacking in flavor. At £12 for a small portion, I would not recommend the pasta as it is overpriced. The garlic bread was fine, but nothing special. I wish I had spent my money at a different restaurant.

Went here for breakfast and dinner in April and May and it was a great experience with really good quality products . Great service and great food. It’s a shame it’s closing. Another iconic name lost from the high streets and enshrined to the history books. Speisekarte ansehen

Myself and my Autistic Son enjoyed your food. My son had seconds. We especially appreciated that when I asked a member of your staff to turned down the music as my son was not coping with it, she turned it off in spite of the fact the restaurant was quite full. Thank you again Andra

The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast dishes prepared by Chef Patrick. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to go above and beyond to ensure a special dining experience. The attention to detail is exceptional, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for brunch. The service is top-notch and the food is delicious.

Seated by a very pleasant waitress and ordered coffees and asked for breakfast menu which we were given when coffee arrived. Sat for nearly 25 mins during which time the 3 tables seated after us ordered their food by this time we had drank our coffee and still no one had taken our food order We got up paid for our coffees and went elsewhere. Frankies is our top choice for dining in Livingston, especially for a satisfying breakfast. They offer great healthy options as well, like their fantastic porridge with fruit. The staff is incredibly friendly, which is the main reason we are repeat customers. The environment is very relaxed and ideal for those with sensory issues, as we can sit in a quiet corner. We are excited to have our wedding dinner at Frankies. If you haven't been in a while, or ever, we highly recommend giving it a try!

AVOID AVOID it’s thankfully shutting down soon and no wonder !!!! Worst experience ever staff are rude have attitudes management don’t care ppl are unhappy. Dobt look at the booking system ie tonight booked table for 5 and we didn’t get sat down for 10 mins . Then put at a high table myself and my mum (80) and disabled couldn’t sit . Asked for another suitable table after another 15 mins we left . Manager said other table is almost ready I said we are leaving she said OK ! No wonder this restaurant is closing its doors

Arrived and shown to a table. Ordered non alcoholic drinks-mains from the menu and all arrived in reasonable time after a party of 4 youths were seated directly behind us. Food was hot and consumed accordingly despite the noise from the youth party which increased throughout the period. Ordered desserts and considered asking to be moved to another table of which there were plenty. By the time the desserts arrived, the youths who must have been drinking) decided to leave!
