This is a fantastic spot to kick off your evening with two for one cocktails.

We came in for a lovely 2 for 1 cocktail, both tasted great and looked amazing!!!, We decided to order the chicken platter and loved it!!!! Great service, worth a visit.

Me and my family were served by a lad called Finn and he was very rude and unpleasant towards me and my family throughout the night. He kept spitting whilst speaking and it went over my son.

First time back since no masks needed .. we were regulars here but the food was not quite as good as it used to be ,it was always excellent, no 1/2 price cocktails either which franklyns is known for , very disappointed , obviously under new management Speisekarte ansehen

Visited on a Saturday night with friends, we have been here loads of times before covid and it was always lovely. The prices are so expensive for such low quality. Drinks are ok however the food isn’t as great as it used to, lower quality and we ordered the chicken platter and got given a big pot of stone cold jelly ‘gravy’ which put me off. This place isn’t the same as it used to be!

Overall we had a good night. The service was excellent and the drinks and cocktails were fab! So we left a good tip. My 2 criticisms I like to eat off dinner plates, not narrow oval shaped plastic baskets that are as wide as your burger. Food was filling but pretty basic. Second criticism it’s a busy, lively place which shows its a good venue, but for people who are dining, the music was getting louder and louder throughout the evening meaning more and more people were having to shout over each other! After our food we went across the road to drink and carry on our evening somewhere where we could hear each other speak.

FOOD POISONING -Firstly the menu has not been updated so when we arrived and given a completely different and very limited menu we were disappointed. -Waited around 50 minutes for our food, music volume was overpowering it was difficult to sit and have a conversation shouting to each other for almost an hour whilst waiting. -Food arrived we were given 3 small sauces to share between 4 people.. —WE ARE NOW CURRENTLY ALL VERY UNWELL! after eating at your restaurant we all felt sick within a few hours. I don’t need to explain what having food poisoning consists of, but don’t eat here unless you want to spend the next 48 hours in the bathroom. Speisekarte ansehen
