Galata Pera - Speisekarte

I came about this restaurant hy chance, walking along the Thames. It was excellent food, atmosphere and service.

Very good sat outside on a sunny evening. Lovely staff. Recommend the barbecued sea bass felt like being on holiday. Nice Pinot Grigio.

Lovely restaurant near the river, beside a little inlet. Great tasty food, generous portions. Dips and lovely warm bread for starter. Sea Bass was beautiful. Staff attentive and friendly.

Top notch food following a busy day at Kew Gardens, this restaurant is a short walk away. We had stuffed vine leaves with beautiful hummus to start. Following that a wonderful mixed kebab and a great aubergine dish. Will definitely visit again when we return to Kew. The staff were very friendly and overall a lovely experience!!! Well done. A lovely restaurant which we chose because of the reviews . The service and food were excellent. First time I had dined at a Turkish restaurant and thoroughly loved my starter of humus with warm bread for dipping . My main was lamb and chicken mixed yoghurtlu served with rice , so tasty . Only 2 of us on a Friday lunchtime and we would have preferred to eat outside but it it was too windy and the tables and chairs were still wet from the early morning rain. Only ordering 2 whole sea bass at £23 each our waiter brought us a starter and desert free of charge so we’re delighted. The charcoal grill is the best for meat and fish and the menu includes a wealth of Turkish options. One of the best restaurants in town with exotic decor for evening dinner ambience.

This is one of our favourite restaurants and the takeaway of choice of my son for his birthday dinner. I ordered online for collection which was very easy and straightforward to do. My sister was due to collect the order and cycle it over but when she arrived, the restaurant was so concerned that the food wouldn't fit on her bike that they offered to deliver the food for us! It was such amazing customer service and we were so grateful. As ever, the food was fantastic, the portions very generous and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to everyone at Gelata Pera!
