eat w average, but the thermal village for the mediocre dinner. the breakfast was nice. it was nice to have the possibility of the coffee liqueur instead of dessert.

visited on Saturday; £21.50 for salt and chilli huh, a dish that was spectacularly tasteless, despite its description on the menu. To comparison I spent on Easter Sunday in browns bonds hill less money for eating that was in relation to...taste, quality and imagination easy years apart.

I just had lunch in gillies in the galgorm. because of autoimmune disease, I exclude gluten and dairy from my diet. I had no worry about eating in gillies, gaveby the manager personally gave me all the confidence that my diet requirements were not a problem and I got a wide range of options. eating was fantastic, the service was fabulous. even on a busy Sunday afternoon. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone who likes me has dietary requirements that they often feel excluded. many thanks for gabby and all at gillies for their support and service today

We were fortunate to revisit the Galgorm following an unexpected and unusual previous visit which had disappointed. However the team in Gillies delivered a stunning and exquisite meal that cast aside any former doubts. Led by Timothy Cullen our experience was one of sheer delight...and food pleasure. The seafood starter was a bountiful pleasure with generous portion of mussels complemented by a rich subtle sauce and variety of breads for dippping. The main courses of steak, mixed grills and fish were a treat. An excellent return to form by the entire team and well worth the experience.

first we had to wait until we were sitting. once sat 2 of our party, where people went behind them all the time, including the staff. we waited 55 minutes for our main meal, which is not good! when I asked for a southern comfort and a limonade, the waitress seemed to think that 7 was limonade above. 7 above is a lemon and lime drink, not limonade. the limonade was flat and was also low calorie, from which I was not informed. two other drinks were also flat! not good. there was a party of men walking around the restaurant without masks. I had visited this restaurant once before some years ago and it was not worth a second visit. So when I heard it had been revamped with new staff I thought I'd give it a go. We went as a small family unit. Ordered the...4 piece starter which arrived cold. The rest of the family ate it anyway. The caesar salad had a very sharp dressing. We had 2 steaks as mains. All were tough despite being ordered medium. I think poor quality meat. Chips were not in any shape or form home made. Bad quality again.
