"The food at this restaurant was excellent in quality and beautifully presented, but some of the portions were disappointingly small. When paying a reasonable price for a dish, one expects to be served a satisfying amount of food. While I am not a heavy eater, I felt that the king prawn linguine could have used more pasta in the dish as it felt a bit lacking. Despite this, I still plan on returning to this restaurant in the future, but I wanted to offer some constructive feedback."

Wide variety of dishes on offer so something for everyone. Food is fresher cooked and hot, our party of twelve were all served at the same time with piping hot dishes.

Rang and booked but on arrival was told it was closed for a private party. We were seated though, but the large group were SO noisy. Not a good evening for a quiet meal. Who ever took booking should have said they were closed as it has put me off ever going again.

I had a great experience at this charming restaurant. It was my first time dining here and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Our group of 6 all loved the Sunday roast and the desserts were absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you.

Came here a few weeks back and kept meaning to pop a review up. Absolutely delicious food!!! Tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff were brilliant and service was top notch! Will be heading back very soon. Pricing is fair, decent portion size and the tiramisu was *chef kiss* best food I’ve had for some time!

Went to this restaurant for my partners birthday, it was pretty quiet for sat eve, and there were obviously locaks eating there. The food was excellent and plenty of it. I had surf and turf and my partner had pizza. We both also had starters. The steak was very good, and pizza too. Very pleasant evening. Would go back again, well worth a visit.

"Sunday Leigh visited to find most restaurants that offer covident takeaway on one or other wise. we decided to get a coffee and cake from saras tea garden. the facility was good in the administration of people and the takeover of abandoned, although we (like all) had to wait one for our take. all presented themselves in a paper bag and in a box. Coffee/tea was good. scone was beautiful, but probably one of the smallest scenes I had in a long time, but it tasted good. Cake's all looked beautiful when I looked through the window. they would be visiting and recommending to family/friends"

"I attended today for the first time with my family of 5 and dog. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere friendly locals. Very welcoming and kind especially to our dog. We came in soaking wet and they gave us a towel to dry our dog and a blankets, treats and toys.! How lovely to receive such a lovely welcome and the service was excellent we all ate 2 courses every meal was delicious and great portion sizes. Wish I lived closer I would be a regular no doubt. 100% will be back again. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon"

"Have had takeaway from here both and it’s been pretty good, so decided to try the all you can eat buffet on a Sunday. There are 2 hour time slots, we went for the 2pm-4pm time slot. We were one of the last tables to arrive in that time slot meaning our orders were on of the last. Drinks took a long time and we had to ask for them twice. Starters were served fairly quickly but we ordered our mains after our starters were finished, we probably didn’t get our mains until 3:30pm at which some dishes were missing and they had to cook those. It got to just before 4pm and we were being rushed out as the next timeslot were arriving. No time to order anymore even though it’s as much as you like. The timeslots don’t work, it’s no good having everyone turn up at the same time, it needs to be spread over time. There were equally other frustrated faces in the restaurant at how long the food was taking, the food quality was not great either. Will not be returning based on that."

"cucina managed to press the two of us on what was clearly a very busy Friday night. they seem to have a lot of personal (which is rare nowadays! what meant service was attentive, but not too much and everything was done beautifully. eating was fab, wein was super cold and tasty, atmosphere was cracking. the place is much more beautiful and cosier and authentic in the interior than they expect from outside (what I think looks quite industrial). we will be back safely. they were looking for our local 'go to' place when they think something more lust and that could be it!"

"up with my wife for a 8.00pm booking to find the place locked up and in darkness. Tried to call the telephone number and had no answer. Three other couples arrived also for an 8.00pm booking. After no joy at gaining access ended up treating...my wife to valentines fish chips which was not ideal. I had booked this table months in advance as did the other disappointed couples. I called the restaurant the next day who told me they had a power cut so had to close. I had no phone call, text or anything to inform me of the issue and basically the manager couldn’t give a toss! I asked if it would have been a good idea to have a note on the door or even a staff member should have been waiting to explain the situation? The manager said “maybe, but it was cold outside and we’re only human”. Previous to this visit I had been there some years earlier and had a really bad experience and said I would never go back. However, I thought it was time to give it another go with the hope it had changed? I will never set foot in this place again."
