"a very elevated trattoria that could compete with any upscale restaurant. very good selection of appetizers, salumi, even foie gras. classic primi including, risotto with mushroom porcini (in season,) agnolotti etc. large selection of meat and some fish secondi and a large selection of local cheese. very good wine card with crying some of the best producers in the region gattinara and ghemme. a very good evening meal."

"Premetto che il cibo è davvero buono, ma un ora di attesa per avere il secondo fanno scendere drasticamente il mio giudizio.. di bollito a € sono davvero eccessivi e mancava pure il. Contorno (pure che mi aveva detto il cameriere) .. e le salse a mio giudizio erano davvero immangiabili.. La salsa verde aceto puro è le altre due piccantissime all' invero simile.. Giornata proprio no no e no della cucina.. Tutto sommato riproverò a tornare perché voglio capire se è stata solo una giornata storta...mi aspettavo uno sconto dopo un ora di attesa..e vari disguidi.. Ma niente.."

"Our party of four stayed at Bogogno Golf Resort where we also had our first dinner. The dinner was a slight disappointment. We agreed that we didn’t come to Italy to eat touristic food in a touristic ambience. On our last evening at Bogogno we took a taxi and came here to enjoy genuine Italian food. For starters I ordered risotto con funghi porcini. My wife’s had squids. For mains both of us had beef fillet which was accompanied with Nebbiolo red wine. I finished with dessert della memoria which was gelato al forno. Every dish was delicious, fresh, cooked to perfection and – exactly what we were looking for – genuine Italian food. The service was professional and efficient but at the same time friendly and relaxed. The dining room is elegant and enjoyable. Pinocchio was a perfect culinary experience and certainly worth a visit if you like delicious Italian food and good wines. We all agreed that taste and quality of food was the best of the three restaurants where we had dinner while staying at Bogogno. Highly recommended!"

"Esperienza ottima nella sostanza e nella presentazione, semplice ma con buon gusto. Nessun piatto ha deluso le aspettative anzi le ha superate. Attenzione ai dettagli: grissini e pane di loro produzione, dolci squisiti . Apprezzato la crema parmentier offerta come entrée e i dolcetti serviti con il caffè . Cucina piemontese con qualche rivisitazione. Un applauso al cuoco, credo l'unico o uno dei pochi uomini del team : abbiamo visto solo donne , gentili e cordiali. Ambiente molto curato nella semplicità , con note raffinate, un po' retrò. L’attuale locale ci è stato detto essere stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una casa del 1500. Non aspettatevi la trattoria : trattasi di un ottimo ristorante con posti limitati e costi medio alti. abbiamo preso (in 6) : polpo alla brace su letto di patate schiacciate al rosmarino; flan di porri su fonduta di taleggio e funghi porcini; spaghettini freschi all’uovo con guanciale, puntarelle e gamberi; filetto di pesce persico dorato ; bagna cauda con verdurine fresche ; la nostra “carbonara” (trattasi di ravioli fatti in casa molto delicati e gustosi); quaglietta cotta al forno disossata e farcita; costata di angus canadese alla brace con burro aromatizzato; tapulone della casa e come desserts: tortino di cioccolato dal cuore morbido su salsa al cioccolato bianco, torta soffice di nocciole con boule di gelato al pistacchio , semifreddo allo zabaione e caffè, generosa fetta di superba Sacher, tarte tatin super con mele caramellate . E il tutto accompagnato da buon vino, caffè per finire e due grappe barricate ... Il conto : Eu 295,00 . La qualità ha un costo ma non siamo rimasti delusi."

"If you love meat then once in your life you should come here and enjoy an unforgettable dinner. the menu includes several choices, where all start with the same appetizer, then you can choose the formula with first and second or menu with meat and contours. there are various options, but the phasantine blossom I think is the right choice. an extraordinarily tender, goose and perfectly frolled meat, which does not lose liquids even if cooked in the blood. among the appetizers the dish is worthy of note is the tartare of fassona, one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I would try to offer a wine card, so as to accompany even better the delicious meat that is served (although the barber of the house in the fiasco is not bad anyway). Congratulations and I hope to come back soon!"
