Mediocre hotel not 4 stars we went on a group trip, my friend moved and left her bag for a second to see where I was two minutes later one of the waiters took the bag and brought it to her which I don't understand given the bag is a private property, it was leaning on the chair at the table where we ate and he had no right to take it even because we were ten meters from the bag, he left it long enough to drink a coffee in the next room.
