I cannot rate the food or the drinks because we never got to order. We sat inside where there were only 2 other tables occupied, however no one came to take our order. We waited for a while but then we decided to leave because the waiter was not even busy, he was just chatting with his colleagues. Service: 1

As soon as we arrived we weren't able to choose where to sit (the place was empty) and they didn't bring us the menu with the prices so we could make an informed choice, like in all the other places. Once we asked for information on the ice cream we were treated with disdain and rudeness by the waitress, uncourteous service. It's a shame, because given the fame of the place and the high prices we definitely expected a better experience.

It can't be worse!!! We wanted to celebrate the acquisition of an apartment and since the famous bar brought clients. We ordered prosecco. The boy took the order and disappeared for 20 minutes!!! The bar was empty, there were no customers near the bar counter. After this long time, he brought two dishes with puff pastry with tomato and olives, half of them were turned over. It feels like they were thrown there. Another 10 minutes later he finally brought prosecco!!! My client the buyer was not happy and asked for dessert. We waited another 15 minutes.
