Gillray's Steakhouse

Enjoyed the meal and our server was great I would have rated higher but I just like to eat my food off a plate and not any old piece of tin.

Secure a table with a view. The service was quite slow, but the food, once it arrived, was hot and fresh. Coffee took a long time to be served.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially with the children. The dining experience was excellent and we will definitely try to eat there again next time we are in London. Speisekarte ansehen

The service and location were excellent at this restaurant. While the starter portion sizes were a bit small, I was very impressed overall. I couldn't find any fault with the taste of the food.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and ensured that our group was able to eat quickly, considering our time constraints. We are very thankful for their assistance. Additionally, the food was delicious.

Lovely cocktail area. Piano player fab. Staff were lovely . Food was lovely, we ate off the theatre menu it was great value. To justify 5 star maybe tableclothes and less light. Small error on the bill which was quickly rectified. Speisekarte ansehen

We loved the atmosphere and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable- the steaks were good but not great but the bernaise sauce was really lovely as were the chips. The view over the Thames is awesome. It was sometimes hard to attract the staff's attention but they were very nice to deal with. Definitely recommend for a unique and enjoyable London experience

The restaurant is situated within the Marriott Hotel. It is tastefully decorated throughout and has amazing views directly onto the the Thames and over the North Bank. Our waitress was polite and efficient and importantly, we weren't rushed. The food and drinks were lovely and we both said that we would definitely like to return. On exit, we noticed a lovely, comfortable, upmarket bar area. So that's on our return list too.

I have to say we arrived early. I have to sit in the bar. while we wait until our table is ready and our family arrives. we had cocktail and coffee in bar area. we were on our table looking at the themes that were fabulous. we had the set star who was amazing. the quality of the rib just melted in the mouth, we all ordered various steaks for the main that was cooked to perfection. well done to the chef who cooked them. the sauces that came with steak were done. the taste was right. the odds we choose to go with the steaks were stopped. the cheese garnel pasta was excellently combined with the taste, now we chose the sticky toffee pudding. with ice, well, I had some sticky toffee pudding. in...
