"This is the first time I've ever visited one of these restaurants, it seemed a good option to choose when we were out with our daughter. We ordered her a kids meal, which was completely free as we were ordering an adult meal too. This is brilliant, and just the sort of things parents need more of! Our daughter's food also came first, and wasn't scalding hot like most other places. That's not to say it was cold, not by any means. It was ideal and it meant that we all finished near enough at the same time, not us sat there waiting for our daughter to finish! I had the Chicken Katsu noodles, which was delicious. I couldn't fault it! My partner had a Smoky Joe burger and he also enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was fish fingers, with chips and beans which she loved. Plus she got a drink and a dessert too, (she chose Vanilla ice cream , and with it being free it was even better! The staff were mostly very good, but looked a little flustered. Needless to say, it was fairly busy, but we were not kept waiting! Improvements I would suggest would be a bigger restaurant, more people will definitely come! I will definitely visit here again! Opens early in the morning. We were here at 10. There is a breakfast menu. Healthy and fresh menu available.

It was closed down. Don’t know why this is on opentable, and is an available place to reserve. Had to find a restaurant elsewhere.

I dined at this restaurant twice using two 2-for-1 vouchers. I highly suggest trying the katsu chicken noodles - a comforting bowl filled with tender meat coated in crispy breadcrumbs. I also sampled the duck noodles and lamb tagine, both of which were delicious.

Very mixed and unexpected menu. Great choices for food. Very tasty dishes with beautiful ingredients. Loved my experience in this establishment and I totally recommend to families with children, group gatherings and family days out as it is a lively place with music.

I believe Giraffe is a reliable restaurant where you can expect an average dining experience. While it may not be exceptional, the food is tasty and satisfying. I particularly enjoy their smoothies and the succulent ribs that practically melt off the bone. I have no complaints about the Westfield location, it is consistently good.

I had the huevos rancheros. They really didn’t have any spice like I’d prefer,but they did have Red Hot helped which helped. Coffee was decent actually for a chain restaurant which was nice, had a macchiato. I would recommend corn tortillas next time the flour tortilla with the salami gave it a bit of a pizza flavor almost. Also the service and food was very fast!

There is a reason why every other restaurant in Westfield has a 10-15 minute wait time, and Giraffe has seats available immediately. The customer service was appalling. When I asked for a booth, I was rudely told no. When I asked for wedges for the kids' meal, I was told they were not sure they had them and was forced to have normal chips. The waitress couldn't be bothered to check the alternatives in the kitchen. I also asked for a soft drink, which was sold out on a Saturday afternoon. The ribs were warm, not hot, when they arrived, and there were very few chips on the plate. Other customers nearby were also complaining that the food was cold and not filling. It took too long for the staff...
