Fantastic service from the moment we arrived. Food was delicious and we didn't wait very long for it to be served.

Appalling! Did not have any bottles of white wine. Only had a choice of three white wines on the menu and they didn’t have any of them!! So very disappointed, hence we walked out and found an alternative restaurant. Will not be visiting this restaurant again.

The food is delicious. I personally had the fish and chips while the other members had ribs and chips. It is extremely delicious and filling. I also had the wave breaker which is an extremely delicious mock tail. I would recommend this restaurant as it is extremely delicious and the customer service is great.

No fizzy drinks available limiting choice for kids, salad was a couple of leaves of wilted lettuce which were warm and small portions of fries with steak placed on top for some reason yet 12.5% service charge still added to the bill. We asked for 2 large coffees and were given standard size, we had to chase our food as tables around us were arriving after us and having there orders. We could see 2 of our meal sat at the pass for ages and believe the third was given to the wrong table which lead to the delay. When they came the two that had been on the pass were barely warm the toast was inedible (rock hard). A less than satisfying experience!

Although eating was in order, the price they pay, not with the quality of service staff seemed to have little idea what before when we arrived, they cleared up teller before everyone was finished and it felt like a really hurry to eat. they brought the wrong bill before we had asked for it at all, and it was very hard to get the bill for the right table at the end of the meal. it was a shame when I chose this place for a friend's birthday meal. I will not come back.

Unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. The seats and tables were too close together, people had their shopping bags on the sofa so there wasn’t any room to move. It felt like we were eating with everyone else in the restaurant. Service was ok, although we had to ask for tap water and the bill twice. The food wasn’t up to much. The halloumi and feta pide was burnt with hardly any topping. The two tables next to us also complained that the food wasn’t great. It’s only that we had a buy one get one free voucher otherwise I would have refused to pay for the pide. Such a shame as I have visited the spitalfield giraffe branch and had no problems there.
