Previously, my favourite place, service and eating has gone to the hills that is a scandal. it is a beautiful restaurant and always enjoyed their varied menu

Waited a very long time with 2 young children, when it finally arrived the food was cold and order wrong. One waitress did a spectacular walk around the entire restaurant to look for the allergy menu that was placed by the till next to me.

Not enough staff for a Bank Holiday. Was told that we couldn’t use vouchers but I showed server the app then they changed their mind. First three items we ordered we either no longer actually on the menu or had run out of stock. Overpriced for an average burger and about 8 fries. Speisekarte ansehen

Waited 45 mins for our food to arrive and my burger was cold. No one came over to say there would be a wait or check in. I was going to complain at the end but they were so slow getting our bill to us I had to leave with my son so he wouldn’t get bored and my husband paid after asking for the bill twice.

The service was awful, not sure why. The place was only half-full with three members of staff. There was no focus or care and we continually had to ask for various aspects to be dealt with. Left without having been offered a dessert menu or coffee. Had to ask for bill and wait at counter for it. This was not good value for money or an acceptable outing.

We had booked a table in advance and when we sat down the seats were dirty the fabric needed a good clean. Whilst we waited for one more guest we were offered water. When it came the glass had previous food or something on it. We never knew who was really serving us as we had multiple servers. I had the Smoky Chicken Pide which was overcooked and tasteless and small for the money. Another person had the tagliatelle which was ok and another had the Rodeo Chicken was warm but not hot. In the gents toilets one of the sinks and one of the urinals was out of order. The bill had an optional service charge which is automatically added.
