Felt very welcome, shown to table my a member od staff, ordered drinks and food staff very nice and polite, for was divine nice and clean resturant and very polite staff v will definitely beck .Thank you for a wonderful meal

The restaurant lacks value for money and provides poor service. I ordered the steak and ale pie but received a small amount of meat with a round piece of pastry on top. The portions were child-sized despite the prices being for adults.

This restaurant offers great value for the money! The service is excellent and the bartender was fantastic. The food is top-notch considering the price. We showed up for lunch at Sunday meal. Despite being full, we found a table for the five. Ordered in the bar, lasagna, salmon, liver, roasted and careless Joey burger ordered. Everyone served in 15 minutes and we're all very tasty. The food was excellent and very good value for money. Pub nice and well deserves a visit for an informal meal.

I've been eating here quite regularly in recent months and I'm impressed with some of the comments here. The place is clean and very well directed and beyond a great value for money! Food is exceptionally well cooked and well priced compared to other local options and staff always willing to help. I highly recommend steak and burgers are here the best pub burger in town. You can get very busy as your only little one, so it's better to book in advance, if you can. I have realized that you have no problem here unlike other local offers and the owner although strict is adjusted the boat that allows you not to have to battle potential idiots these local pubs tend to attract. We had taken our 14-month-old daughter to Marina to see Clifton's ducks and how it started raining we decided to go to lunch early. It hasn't been here literally 20 years (it was about 11 years the last time I remember getting a bag of gifts with my Charlie chalk food kids jajaja) so we decided to try it. We entered a charming pub reformed and was received by a nice lady made a joke that we needed a table for 2 people and a half jajaja she sought a high chair for us and sat on a table with ample space for it.
