"The restaurant was utterly vacant, with not a single customer in sight. One staff member was present, but they were not particularly helpful. We found that we couldn't order half of the items on the menu. It took us over 20 minutes to navigate the app and add food to our order. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless, with staff wandering around as if they didn't care. This experience completely spoiled what was meant to be a lovely wedding anniversary dinner. In the end, we decided to give up trying to order and left, as it would have been over an hour before we got to eat. While the prices seemed a bit steep, they might have been worth it had we felt welcomed, managed to place our order, and actually tried the food."

absolutely no atmosphere in this place very quiet staff was nice, but there was a funny smell in the restaurant that was eating delicious, but I feel that it was somewhat overpriced

eating was cold, didn't get the right job. very much warmer in the microwave generally not nice eating. Host/Manager had no personality or warmth at all. platz was empty what speaks for itself!

Eating was in order. we wanted to order dessert, but after we had waited 20 minutes after the end of the main, no one cleared our table or asked if we would order desserts. had to find someone who paid and dessert after home

The food was cold and my order was incorrect. It seemed to have been reheated in the microwave, which made it quite unappetizing overall. The host or manager lacked any warmth or personality, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The emptiness of the restaurant really says a lot!

the air cone made the restaurant cold and cooled the already moderately warm food to cold as they eat it. the burritos were not great, meat over boiled and hard and the Mexican rice was claggy and didn't taste great. a burger is probably a better choice as they have to be freshly cooked. The food was decent, but we decided against ordering dessert. After finishing our main courses, we waited 20 minutes without anyone clearing our table or checking if we wanted to order desserts. Eventually, we had to track down someone to settle our bill and ended up going home for dessert instead.
