Gourmet 4 Liverpool Bromborough

Nearly a 50 minute wait for our order. Awful presentation of food, cold food, bad service, disorganised won't step foot in the place again.

Order had to be sent back as it was incorrect there were two only two tables in there so they should be getting a basic meal correct. Food was overpriced for what it is

The website stated that the restaurant was open until 11 PM, so I made a reservation for 9 PM. However, when I arrived at 8:53, I found the entire restaurant was closed. Speisekarte ansehen

Arrived to an empty restaurant so at first I was concerned. Food was amazing and service was great. The choice is burgers, chicken, wraps etc. You can order by phone from your table.

I had the supreme chicken burger, as did my lad. To say it was tough and chewy wud be an understatement. Also had the chicken tenders which had a strange smell to them and were left. Cost nearly £70 for some very below par food and I will not be visiting again.

The tacos and sides were delightful, but the burgers were underwhelming, and the prices don't reflect the quality. Additionally, while the app is somewhat difficult to navigate, even for someone who uses technology regularly, the staff member who assisted us was very polite, helpful, and friendly. The place was not what we expected. Looked exactly like Pizza Hut that was there before. Decor, seating, tables etc had not been changed even the mosaic ice cream was still on the wall. Menu was lacking in variety and food took over an hour to arrive. Once it arrived the chicken was like cardboard the wings all tasted the same despite orderingv3 flavours and the pizza was awful. Won't be rushing back there. The cheapest make over of a restaurant I've ever seen even the new Gusto 4 indoor light had letters missing and it's only been open a few weeks. No wonder there were no customers. Arrived at 6.30 left at 9pm only had a main course.

Not one to usually leave reviews but I feel like to help even one person save some time in their day I should. This restraint is not in Liverpool, it’s on the Wirral in Bromborough so walking into a huge sign saying Liverpool is quite odd. The building used to be a Pizza Hut, the layout and furniture have not been changed, same tables, chairs, ice cream factory machine and pizza ovens still there, the only thing that’s changed is just the logo and decals on the windows so it get quite dirty. We waited 55 minutes for our food which was lukewarm when it arrived (we ordered chicken wings with no sauce that arrived covered in sauce, a ostrich burger that came as an ostrich steak on a bun so very...

Unfortunately the experience at gourmet 4 wasn’t the best it could be. We walked in and we’re greeted by a female member of staff who was pleasant enough and asked if we wanted to use the app or a menu. From that point onwards a male member of staff waited on us and seemed to be rather distant and lacking in attention. When delivering food the member of staff would walk up to our circular booth then just place any item on the table. it’s rather strange to me that a waiter wouldn’t state the item, in order to enquire who had ordered that particular item.
