Beautiful burgers at reasonable prices. Good food and well prepared. Very good customer service. Highly recommended. Kids friendly place. Kids menu available at reasonable price. Will visit again.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch but I mainly want to say a big thank you for your extremely thorough allergy policy. The staff member responsible was knowledgeable and supportive and I really appreciated the trouble he took.

Upon arrival, we were asked about any allergies. We mentioned a sesame allergy and proceeded to choose our meals. However, before we could place our order, we were informed that we could not dine at the restaurant due to their use of sesame in all their dishes. Speisekarte ansehen

we were here many paints before the finish and have always enjoyed the quality of food. burgers are full of taste and cooked for perfection. not to mention the beautiful shakes! sometimes the service was slow, especially when they are busy. the gbk app is also a good scream, easy to use and beautiful rewards!

GBK is one the best burgers in town they have their resutrant all over London. They do student discounts and also you can get offer and discounts via their app. They do lunch time offer which is super, in £9.95 You can get burger, fries and drink. There is usually a que for seating. They have nice and clean environment.

I had an incredible vegan chocolate milkshake at this restaurant. However, the dirty burger tasted too meaty for my liking, which turned me off from my meal. I had to double check with the waitress to make sure my burger was actually vegan. I really miss the Californian burger they used to serve. The service was excellent. Speisekarte ansehen

I went to GBK to celebrate my Dad's birthday with a meal. The food took over an hour to be served initially. When the food finally arrived, we had to send it back because my chicken was cold, as well as my Dad and brother's chips and my onion rings. When I asked the staff about it, they seemed confused and offered little support, even after having to send back my food 3 times. There were arguments among customers and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. This restaurant needs to seriously reconsider its operations, and I will not be returning anytime soon.

Went for a spot of lunch, and their were mice running around! I alerted the manager who shrugged it off, saying it 's a problem with the area and that he couldn 't do anything . Not really making me feel any better about the hygiene or offering a sincere apology either, or even a refund. I tried to eat my food but after seeing even more mice I had to ask to leave, if the manger doesn 't care their are mice running around the dining area who knows what the kitchen looks like. I have tried to contact head office to let them know but it seems they don 't care either. AVOID.

We waited a long time to be seated even though the restaurant was fairly empty. We were instructed to either go to the counter or order on the app. There was no salt or pepper on the tables, no sauces, and not enough cutlery in the table bin. There was confusion over the menu offering, as the board advertised a burger, fries, and salad, but the app showed a drink that was not included in the deal. We had to clarify multiple times what was included in the deal. The app also asked for information not mentioned on the menu.
