Itsu seems to have evolved into a much more plant based, flavourless product.

Always surprised by the quality of the food for this price. It’s not Michelin star but the price is neither.

Learnt a fair bit of Freemasonry. The building was impressive and the library had a lot to offer to the public who wish to know more.

Very clean, smart and efficient. Food was excellent, can highly recommend the Katsu noodles, which is even better if you have all the extras

First time I've been here and it was surprisingly nice. Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. It was also very clean and the staff are friendly.

I like that you order from a touchscreen station and the ambiance makes you feel as if you’re in a Japanese restaurant with not much people working in it. However the food is just terrible and bland. I couldn’t eat my food nor could my family because it just tasted so terrible. I ordered the detox soup well I know why it’s called detox….Or maybe it is delicious and I just don’t like Japanese food.

They are unable to keep the computers up to date with what is available. This was not communicated in any way. I only discovered this when there was no order no in my receipt. On talking to your member of staff I was then informed nothing was available. Shocking management of “stock levels”. I feel sorry for your staff who have to resolve issues caused by your desire to poorly automate things. Terrible experience

I placed a review over a month ago on this site..Tripadvisor keep emailling me requesting a further review, so here it is, although I 'm a bit bemused by a review alongside my last 'Ted M ' which says a 'fond godbye '..either he or I are confused! My review as detailed previously, is for Parkers, slightly off the main Gt. Queen St. We went there again after a meeting, as the Member, suffering now from advanced MNDA, needs wheelchair access, which our ususal venue doesn 't have. Again, a very good meal..Pate, with french bread and salad starter.. a great turkey loin in a mushroom sauce and fresh carrots and cauliflower, followed by ice cream or a lemon tart. came in at 8pm on 29th august, bought my dinner and went to sit down. was told by a man sweeping the floor that i wasn’t allowed to sit. i said i had specifically bought food and paid the higher price to eat in so that i could use the charging facilities and have a place to sit. the manager came over and said that i couldn’t sit there because they were closing, which they weren’t for an hour. moreover there was already another group sitting, who had obviously finished their food a while ago and the manager seemed in no hurry to usher them along. the cleaner then proceeded to sweep and mop around me and the other guests which is fine he’s going his job but i know that in previous establishmen...
