"First experience of this place and it wasn 't good. Waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated (it was quiet, maybe 5 customers) whilst both members of staff were cleaning and chatting to customers, didn 't even acknowledge me and my sisters at the door. When we eventually got seated, the food took a long time to be served and was of really bad quality. I ordered a bacon burger and it was not cooked, hard and really unpleasant. I had explained all of this to the member of staff before paying, her response was the manager is not available and i can 't do anything but give you my staff discount 10% ...despite this we still ended up paying for 3 burgers which no one ate and somehow paid £45. I dont recommend going here."

I would recommend grill 48 for a casual meal. we certainly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the quality of eating.

I believe I am being generous by giving this restaurant a 2-star rating. It is overpriced, overrated, understaffed, and the food is mediocre at best. Nothing about this place impressed me. We finished our meal, paid, and left without any interaction from the staff. It's no great loss as we have no plans to return. We ended up having dinner at another restaurant instead.

"Feeling peckish after arriving in the town I happened upon this little takeaway. It had seating out front which I thought would be handy on the warm morning of my visit. I ordered the 'French ' panini. That meant a filling of brie, ham and cranberry. It wasn 't panini bread, it was a grilled baguette. The baguette was a decent size. I had my reusable cup filled with tea bit of a self serve after the hot water 's been added (bit like Greggs). As I made my way outside I got a warning about seagulls.... I sat down and when my sandwich (double wrapped in paper bags) was placed on the table it didn 't take a minute for a feathered monster to swoop. Luckily I got there first. The sandwich was tasty and when I finished and balled up the wrappings on the table, said bird swooped and got away with paper. A chap from the shop went onto the road to retrieve the litter. Maybe a parasol or awning might be beneficial if the Council gave permission. It does put me off returning. And walking along the road I noticed other places with outdoor seating did not seem to have any bother with the birds of St Andrews. Anyhow, my baguette/panini cost £3.80 and tea was £1.30. There were some tempting traybake treats in the counter display, but I didn 't partake on this occasion."

"Had lunch there after visiting the aquarium with the family. It was very nice lunch. Our waitress was so nice. She was smiling all the time we were there. She made the lunch even more special. My daughter and my mom had the La Reine Pizza, my sister had the Nduja Calzone and this one is very spicy with a lot of jalapeños inside. I had the leggera gamberreti. That was quite nice to have half pizza half salad. Service was great. Food was also nice but the Nduja was too spicy. Will surely come back again when I return to Scotland"

"my wife and I reserved a table to crawl my 75th birthday. to our surprise, my daughter surprised us and her husband with a visit. a change from 2 to 4 table was achieved with absolutely no delay or delay. our waiter archie was ultra patient as we needed some time to choose. service and food quality were excellent. a birthday cake supplied by the daughter was treated without problems, and even a doggy bag was delivered to my wife who could not finish the more than sufficient meal, but wanted to part of it for dinner....a really super visit and we will return."

"Today, I received excellent service at this restaurant, even though one of their machines was not working. Despite being busy and potentially stressful, the staff remained friendly and helpful. The server apologized for any delay, although my coffee was delivered quickly. This is a perfect example of the high level of customer service I consistently receive at this establishment. Some of the staff even remember me and my order when I visit, which adds a personal touch to my morning routine. Overall, it's a great place to be a regular customer."

"Really good, unique and tasty wraps. This restaurant offers delicious wraps in the heart of St Andrews. I would recommend the wraps as they are authentic and tasty. For example they have some with goat cheese, chilli jam, pastrami and salad. Or you could get a random one! The restaurant is relatively small with some seating inside and just two tables outside. The staff are nice and friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because their burgers are average and at busy times you could wait a lot. On my visit, I waited 45 minutes which was too long. Overall, I'd recommend you visit and order a wrap."
