The service was slow, and my order never came. I had heard great things about this restaurant, so I was disappointed.

I had a great dining experience at Jamie's in Glasgow. The grilled chicken was fantastic - extremely tender and delicious. It's definitely my favorite restaurant in the city.

The dining experience at this restaurant was disorganized and disappointing. They made mistakes with our order and the portion sizes were inadequate, especially the chicken strips. Overall, we would recommend avoiding this place. Speisekarte ansehen

Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. My girlfriend introduced me to grill guru and it’s honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had! The guru special burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life no exaggeration! Better than five guys! The loaded fries are unreal too and I called up once and asked to switch the sauce to garlic sauce and they did it. Good prices and honestly cannot recommend enough! My order number was: 1658171631 it 's exactly £18.58 and the reason I had to edit my own message is because I can 't reply to you. I was charged nearly a score for food I never received. Tried phoning them but cannot get through as every time it puts me through to an automated voice saying the messeges are full. I always see their replies to reviews saying we assure you that this will not happen again to literally every negative review and STILL they keep making mistakes? Says a lot really. Order was Half an hour later than estimated delivery time. When trying to call them it doesn’t ring and just puts you through to voicemail and hangs up. At this point we had already given up waiting and calling so we were brushing our teeth for bed when it arrived. When the food did finally arrive, this was cold and we were disappointed at the quality of the chips. The halloumi fries are a different level of sadness, how they can call this halloumi is beyond me. They were basically rubber chips. Please see image attached. The cheeseburgers were alright which is why I have given 1 stars and not 0. Will not be ordering again. Very sad end to what was a great night. Please avoid at all costs or... Speisekarte ansehen
