Never experienced such an unfriendly boss. Waiters had to apologize for him. Will avoid this place. No support for such an arrogant attitude.

My favorite place to eat on the slope in Saas-Fee. The chilli fondue its really good, and spicy! The staff is si friendly, you really feel welcome there.

So teuer, aber das Essen ist so gut. Das Rösti ist unübertroffen. Der Hamburger ist hervorragend. Das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich, aber was kann man machen??

Schöner Ort. Sehr netter Service, verdient 5 Sterne. Leider ist der Chef die unfreundlichste Person in Saas Fee und wir werden dieses Restaurant nie wieder besuchen.

This restaurant is a gem in the heart of the Saas Fee area. The setting is simply remarkable, the cuisine of good quality and the service efficient. An address that I have frequented for years, always with the same pleasure. Special mention for the Valais plate that I cannot ignore during all my stays. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Overall, the food was delicious, but completely overpriced! Service itself was okay, but the owner and main manager was incredibly unfriendly and treated us as if we were small children (group of 12 people aged 40-55). Incredibly cheeky and not happy. A pity. However, with the view and the food very good potential, the unfriendly operator really took away the good mood after he was totally stressed and provocative!

Dieses Restaurant ist nur erreichbar, wenn Sie Ski fahren oder in gehen, aber es lohnt sich. Das Personal war unglaublich einladend, die weiße Gluhwien erstaunlich und die Aussicht wunderbar. Die Ankunft nach 11 im Winter sorgt dafür, dass die Sonne das Deck überdeckt und für eine große Abhängigkeit von den Pisten gemacht. Wir hielten hier fast täglich an, während auf den Pisten und werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren, wenn wir Saas Fee wieder besuchen

Nicht schlechte Hangseite Grubenstopp zum Mittagessen. Wir hatten nicht gebucht (früher Feb) und bekamen einen der letzten Tische um 12 Uhr. Gut, wenn frisch, service wir goulash soup (4/5), ein gemischter Salat (3/5) und ein croute jambon et Fromage (2.5/5). Letzteres war schön, wurde aber in so viel unterkocht, wie der Käse kaum geschmolzen war. Nicht der Wallis! Wir waren in und aus in 20 Minuten, die fast eilten. Insgesamt, schön, aber könnte besser.

This was our 3rd time visiting this restaurant. 3 of us arrived and asked the waitress if it was possible to add 2 chairs in 15 minutes because 2 friends were going to arrive. Question to which the waitress answered yes. When the 2 people arrived the boss came running exclaiming to the whole terrace that he was the boss and that he decided the locations. Indeed, the sympathy of this gentleman has no longer been proven over the years and he well deserves the term barn door as they say in French-speaking Switzerland, a region he is so fond of (irony). We knowingly come to this restaurant because we have already noticed how dishonest the owner is. We come for the food which is very good and the...
