"The food at this restaurant was delicious and authentic. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. It was my husband's birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time chatting and eating. We will definitely be returning, especially since it is conveniently located in the neighborhood. Who needs to go to town for a great curry when you have this gem right on your doorstep?"

"We have been regular customer of Cafe Roya for many years. Our previous visit wasn't great but we decided to give it another go. Unfortunately we were let down again. On arrival, we weren't made to feel welcome and despite an empty restaurant we were...given a table in the corner where we were sat facing a blacked out window. We were the first customers of the evening, yet still had a long wait for food. Nobody asked if the food was okay or if we wanted more drinks. We were sat with our finished plates for 15 minutes before anyone took them away, despite the waitresses passing us several times and serving other guests around us. We decided to leave early as we simply didn't feel welcome."

"great food, nice service and atmosphere. we had the sharing steak plate we thought was very cheap at £35 (10oz ribeye steak, 2x chips, bevel rings, mixed veg, parmesan salate, pfefferkornsauce and 2 x glasses wein) and also a garlic bread (pizza style), which was delicious. only critique is how thin the steak was cut, I would have less pieces, but thicker discs I would also pay more for a bigger weight of steak. also the steak needed to season better and I couldn't taste olive oil flavor from cooking, just a few important improvements, but different from that, it was a delightful evening meal. treacle tart and a desert was also good! we will definitely visit again."

"We decided to treat ourselves to a breakfast delivery on a Sunday morning. Uber Eats had as their top rated so we decided to give it a go. We had been wanting to try this place for a long time. The breakfast arrived quickly...and was being handled very well by the Uber driver. When we opened it the packaging was well thought out. Little pots for the wet ingredients such as beans and tomatoes. The toast separately packaged. The eggs were perfectly runny which often doesn't happen with takeaway breakfast. We found the food delicious and plenty of it too. Our best breakfast delivery to late. Will have to try the rest of the money now!"

"Loved this place, really nice food good quality and reasonable price. Made my order on line, got a meal deal for over £30, but didn’t want 3 curries. Told them, no problem, really nice, had a glass of wine whilst waiting’ for my order I collected. Got home, guess waiting and we were item missing, called them, but the attitude of the guy who answered was shocking, he accused me of lying and said he had packed this himself, well it wasn’t and I wasn’t having this accusation. It wasn’t the fact it was 70p, or even £700, it was th the fact he was rude and started telling me about his banking issues. I’m done here, you keep the item, you’ve now lost a good customer. I won’t be spoken like this. You wasn’t busy as I was there, maybe thats why you’re losing customers, your treating them with contempt , if you need to lye to gain additional money, your not fit to trade,that’s stealing !"
