We had a great time at Heaven's kitchen for Sunday lunch. The food was delicious and portions were great. I had calamari to start and a lamb roast... it was divine. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This was our second visit, and it was so wonderful that we decided to bring along two friends who had just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We treated them with a Groupon, and honestly, we were not disappointed. Our waitress was fantastic, and we can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be returning! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was charming, and the service was truly impressive. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Great food, great service, and our server Swizzle was brilliant. When we booked we said it was our anniversary, then whe arrive a they gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco which was really lovely. Steak was great as was the chicken burger all the sides and the starter were well sized very tasty and fresh. We loved it so much we went back the following afternoon for Cocktails and more truffle chips Anytime we are back in the Alton area this will be our 1st and only venue to enjoy great food, drinks and service!!! I visited this restaurant with a colleague during a work trip after receiving a recommendation from one of our clients on site. We decided to take advantage of the 2-for-1 steak Tuesday and both chose the fillet—mine cooked blue and his medium well. Both steaks were reported to be excellent and cooked perfectly. I've never had a blue steak that was so well-prepared without bleeding on the plate; it was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The sides were also enjoyable, and there was a great selection of beers on tap. The waitress was really friendly, and the atmosphere inside was lovely. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again!

Came here for my wife's birthday this evening, we were seated upstairs and were looked after by Swizel Rodriguez, who was simply lovely to us all evening. She had decorated the table with some birthday ribbons and banners and gave it all a real personal touch, almost as if being welcomed into her own home. Elsewhere the service was very good, our food drinks came out in good time not too fast not too slow. We both had medium 12oz rib eye steak... The nicest flavoured steak I've had in a long time, I almost didn't want to put the peppercorn sauce on (but I love peppercorn sauce, so I did! .
