"The Apple cinnamon gelato tasted amazingggg!! But the person who served us was bias (not sure if racist? . Essentially we got a medium cup and he scooped the smallest amount possible, that the top was flat (even when he had more gelato on the scooping spoon, he did not load it all into the cup . Usually when we get ice cream/gelato at any other store, it will be round at the top above the cup line. Anyways, we then saw an Italian family getting gelato in cups and he filled all of them up how it should have been. I think management should have a serious talk to this person in regards to customer service, bias and racism..thankfully the brand is a franchise and I hope the owner provides their staff with education. Pretty sad of them since it is the year 2023 to act in that manner. I would advise international tourists to avoid this gelato place and go elsewhere!! We are from Australia if you were wondering."

The gelato here is very rich and creamy. Has a very consistent and thick texture. The waffle cones are also very tasty. Delicious!

We were recommended to go here for Gelato during our stay in Rome, it didn’t disappoint. This was hands down the best Gelato I’ve ever tasted. Well worth a visit

Stopped here for an ice cream not realising how good this place is. They make healthy preservative free ice creams. They were yummy. I had salted caramel and mocha!! Yum. Highly recommend.

Best Gelato! Our favorite was the Nutella but they were all so amazing! Make sure to have the cream on the top, we didn’t realize until the girl asked us why we didn’t have cream. We ended up going here twice because it was that good!!’ Speisekarte ansehen

I had a gelato every day when I was in Rome (and I was there for a week), trying a few different places that got great reviews on both TripAdvisor and Google. I joined a sweets/dessert tour and they took me to Hedera. Hands down the best gelato in Rome! So fresh, so yum! Apparently this is the Pope's go-to place for gelato. I can understand why!

The cutest owner ever! The shop has lids over the gelato, the colors are more natural looking, and it wasn’t puffed up. Yes yes and yes! All before even ordering!! Must go, the flavors and aesthetic are 10/10! The reason why not 5 stars…because my friends and I all got something different and we all paid the same price of 5euros. (Fancy come and two scoops, two scoops in a cup, and three scoops in a cup).
