"I typically do not write reviews, but I must say that this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service and food were both absolutely terrible. We had made a reservation for a birthday dinner, and it took nearly an hour for a server to give us menus. The menus were handwritten and photocopied in a font that was difficult to read, with no vegetarian options, sides, or allergy information provided. It took an hour for our drinks to arrive, and they were served in different sized cups despite ordering the same drinks at the same price. We waited 2 hours for our food, and when we complained to the manager, he made excuses instead of taking responsibility. The manager only spoke to us after we got up to leave, begging us to stay and promising that the food would be ready in 1 minute. However, when the food arrived 5 minutes later, it was cold and not what we had ordered. Two people in our party did not receive their meals until 20 minutes later, while another table was served before us. They even brought out the cake we had brought before clearing our plates, without offering to cut it for us. Despite the terrible experience, we were still expected to pay. My main complaint is towards the manager for his poor attitude and unwillingness to apologize or take responsibility. I hope he does not take out his incompetence on the kitchen staff and servers. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this restaurant voluntarily."

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, my young son started having a typical toddler tantrum. The hostess who seated us kindly offered him some biscuits and juice to help calm him down - such a thoughtful gesture. The menu had a wide variety of options, the food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the staff were amazing - friendly and efficient. I couldn't find a single fault with our experience!

On my wife's 50th birthday, I invited 10 friends and family to celebrate at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was terrible as it took over an hour for our food to arrive. We were so frustrated that we decided to leave, but then they came outside to inform us that our food was ready. My wife was very upset and embarrassed by the whole experience. The food was cold and overall a big disappointment. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a resturant. It took 2 hours for the food to be served and it was raw, cold and overall poorly made. The music was also blasted on full volume for the majority of the night and they couldn't be bothered to clear the table before bringing out the birthday cake. The manager was the main problem with all of this and neglected my table and only cared when we tried to leave before receiving our food which we had to wait an aditional 20miniutes for our food while other tables were still being served before us. The waiters were the only good things about the place as they were very nice and was genuinely sorry for us and the wait. The manager didn't...

This restaurant was recommended to me as my husband enjoys a good steak. First thing to hit us up the face when we entered the door was to be told that their card machine wasn't working so thankfully my son was with us and he had to go and get an ATM to get cash...not a great start when one has driven miles to sample the cuisine...the meal was ok...not as large as expected but tasty nonetheless. A varied menu but very pricey for the food and drinks...was quiet when we arrived but their loud music playing was a complete annoyance...couldn't have a conversation with it blasting out...background music is where it should be...well in the background...service was excellent, quick and efficient......

Mixed reviews from my family but overall positive. I had Lasagna from the 2 course lunch menu £11 bargain! which I found a bit dry and lacking flavour. My wife had the mini chicken stack from the lunch menu which I'm sure they mistakenly served the full size portion as it was massive and very well received no complaints! My 12 year old son picked the basket of chicken off the main menu for £17 bit much! It came with a chicken breast, chicken wings and chicken tenders the chicken was succulent but lacking flavour I think the wings should have had BBQ sauce and the chicken a southern friend coating but all were pretty tasteless... My 10 year old ordered a cheese burger off the kids menu it cam...
