Locale molto accogliente e pulito, servizio impeccabile e gentilezza dei proprietari ma i piatti del menù sono qualcosa di unico, dire buono sarebbe riduttivo, pietanze genuine , costi anche fin troppo onesti...

very kind staff, I stopped with friends for an aperitif with meats and roasts of the highest level (both meat and liver) and a good spritz, all in the enchanting setting of the center of the country! I'll go back to dinner.

Locale pulitissimo e molto accogliente, il servizio attento e gentile, la cucina super, si percepisce tutto l'amore e il rispetto per le materie prime che vengono valorizzate al massimo nei piatti gustosi che abbiamo ordinato e divorato. Consigliatissimo.

Ended up at Hostaria by accident. On our way back home, hungry and just looked for something around. Excellent hosts, serving us in English, super friendly, and home made food. Had mainly pastas, but intend to come back for their steaks, which were very tempting.

This is a fabulous place. The wine is great. Daniel knows his stuff. It's a great place to start the day if you are staying in Arsoli and then a brilliant place to relax and socialise with everyone in the evening. Looking forward to being back there in August. PRIMA VOLTA! Consiglio vivamente. Il menù offre pietanze sfiziose, le materie prime sono di qualità,oltre al buon cibo la professionalità del personale è eccellente. La cameriera si vede che ama il lavoro che fa, molto gentile e spiega nel dettaglio le pietanze. Proprietario fenomeno. NON VEDO L'ORA DI RI ANDARCI.

Locale piccolo, ma con tavoli all'aperto anche al coperto. Il bagno purtroppo è solo uno ed anche un po' stretto.... Personale sorridente che non è poco ....Piatti ottimi e arrosticini fantastici. Peccato per l'attesa... ma lo capisco...sarà stato per il giorno di festa, era il 25 aprile, ma da quando è stato preso l'ordine all'arrivo dell'antipasto sono passati 45 minuti e per il primo c'è voluta un'altra ora praticamente abbiamo passato 3 ore seduti... Spero di tornare in un'altro periodo e verificare se è stato un caso e confermare le 5 stelle

We had lunch here on a Monday when many Italian restaurants are closed. We were greeted warmly by the owner who speaks English. We sat inside to avoid any smokers. We were the first customers there at 12:30 when it opened. We ordered two types of homemade vegetarian ravioli and both were delicious. The bread and oil were also very good. Wine only came in a bottle or a glass. Since a bottle was too much, we ordered a glass for each of us. It too was very tasty. Service was excellent from an English speaking server. Portions and prices are average. We had a tasty and very satisfying lunch here. Our only complaint is that the house wine did not come in a carafe as in most Italian restaurants wh...
