beautiful climbing tavern on a street a few km from things. we enjoyed some mixed appetizers and an important steak. all very good with authentic flavors. good price quality ratio, approved!

warm and familiar atmosphere, exquisite staff like the dishes cooked by the chef. masterfully cooked meat, prices absolutely adapted to the quality. unforgettable experience and to be sure to repeat. 5 stars are few.

The restaurant is a trattoria inside a farmhouse with living stone walls. The rooms are small and well maintained with a pleasant background music. The staff is very kind. But what impressed me positively is the tryout of flavors that I felt tasting their dishes. Well equipped, abundant and particular. An exceptional Carducci appetizer and a soft and tasty meat. I recommend it nicely. I'll definitely come back. Keep going.

I was this evening at the Braceria Carducci of Rende, and I must say that I was very satisfied I tasted a frittatina of Neapolitan pasta, and before this they kindly offered me in the wait, of the meatballs fried excellent Frittura, as it must be done, and not those unified things that often lie in many locals Last but not least I made myself a classic sandwich with simple hamburger, with tomato, crispy bacon and mayonnaise What to say, the quality of the burger, simply fantastic Staff very kind and professional Super recommended At the next!! !

What fantastic evening! Carducci Braceria is a gem in Cosenza. It is worth the 10 minute drive outside of the city. We had the best meal in all of Italy. The service was spectacular. We were welcomed and treated so kindly even though our Italian is not the best. We had so much food I couldn’t possibly list it all but it was all phenomenal. My husband and I shared a Florentino and it was quite possibly the best meat we have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. We ended our dinner with Baba and Amaro Calabrese which were perfect.
