I never had a bad experience here. the antimaids are more than happy to help. to bring my own purchase to the door as I had my dog with me. 10 of 10.

Igloo in Stirling is a much needed ice cream parlour for the city. The gelato on offer are of varied flavours and good quality! They do crepes, waffles, sundaes and slush too. There are seats to sit and enjoy your gelato. Good service.

If you are Coeliac, my wife was “disappeared” last night. The staff checked the allergens and woman chose the Bubblegum labeled as gluten-free), got 2 pots in a tub. So, that was wrong or cross-contamination: unlike that, ice was nice enough.

Waited to serve 7 9 minutes as it only worked a woman on a beautiful day, not her fault. Assistant had the personality of a door handle. The shop was very warm. Not particularly cheap, 4 single pots and a double at almost £15 was bad value. Ice was very average. Not deep flavors. Bland and milky taste, even stronger flavors were pale in color and weak in taste. A fullness is missing that I would connect to the right ice. Not sure which awards were won, possibly for artistic design. On a last note the outside of the shop is dirty. First and last visit.
