Pizzeria, I think the only one, with the possibility to choose between different dough, even gluten-free, including the dough with platano flour. Very good and light, I would have eaten two! Heavier the hemp dough. I tasted a little bit of a friend and it's enough, I never could have eaten a whole one! But I give tastes.

This place does a good gluten free pizza and is one of the few Pizzerias licenced by the AIC the Italian Celiac disease association in the area. They make the dough themselves and don't just serve up a frozen GF pizza. They also do traditional pizzas but the gluten free ones are good quality and trusted if you need a gluten free diet.
