One of the best pasta which we hade in Palermo.We did sit at the table outside service was very quick and friendly.

It was not the best pasta we had in Palermo but definitely satisfying with huge portions and for a good price. It was still tasty though!

Nice Italian meal. Waiter recommended great options. We had the mixed seafood salad, which was great, pasta with delicious sauce, and grilled fish. And the house wine was great too. Charming outdoor atmosphere.

The proverb is a central restaurant where you feel at home. the kitchen is homemade with good ingredients. wine is strictly Sicilian. the kitchen is typical. Here is the caponata, the pasta to the norm, the pasta with sardines and fennel, the caponata of swordfish and much more. prices are contained. There are also fixed menus for lunch and dinner. We ate twice in this restaurant, once early afternoon after visiting a nearby church and one in the evening on another day. We had Bruscetta, pasta bolognese and sword fish and they were very good. The second time I had Penne caprese and I don't know how the cook did it, but what he cooked from just tomato, mozzarella and olive oil was magic! Unfortunately I took no pictures of penne caprese. Good price/value ratio, highly recommend!

I had lunch and dinner with my family. highly professional, qualified and kind staff.
