"We needed a place for lunch on our drive from Lake Como to Pienza. This place was recommended on TA. Such an out of the way place that you would not think of coming out here. But we were so glad we did. The lady who owns it was unbelievably gracious and welcoming. She spent so much time explaining the menu and making recommendations. She even created a pasta tasting for us with 3 different types. She came out with the pan to serve us right from the pan it was cooked in. It felt like you were at an Italian relatives house for an intimate dinner. I ordered the rabbit which was also very good. Highly recommend a trip out here. Seemed like it was very popular with the locals, too."
